Just the stair's we found hard .

Everything the staff the room were all good ,the only thing is the stair's .were pensioner's and we had three flights of stairs to climb up. All in all we had a lovely stay .

Having to climb all the stairs to get to our room. The WiFi wasn't very good kept disconnecting.

Stairs may be an issue for some people- no lift but we were offered help with luggage etc if needed.

Great family run hotel. Excellent location. Spacious room and great food. No parking at hotel but lots of free parking available nearby. Definitely be back.

Breakfast was fine, but just my personal preference, the scrambled eggs were overcooked. It seems such a small thing to complain about, but this is all I could think of.

Staff were very helpful, room was spotless, close to everything, pub and restaurant great.

There is a lot of stairs, worn carpet on stairs, rooms are very dated with painted emboss paper. Compared to the other places Iv stayed for the same amount of money this place prob was the most dated to date. And it’s not cheap so I’m sure some of the money could be used for upgrades here and there although I understand that what they make in the summer they might not at winter therefore it could be hard. Regardless of the negatives we had a fantastic time and the positives do outweigh the negatives in my opinion.

Things that are a major plus is the location, the fact that it has a bar and restaurant, staff are extremely friendly and the food in the restaurant was amazing and very reasonly priced. Rooms were large and absolutely spotless! The breakfast was the best Iv had in any hotel even the 4&5 stars ones.

the hotel is stuck in late 80s - early 90s - could do with some good renovation if fire would break i would like to see people running from 2nd - 3rd floor down the tiny stairs and probably burn to death. I found fire exit at the back of each floor but nobody from the reception told us about it - fire exit was not highlighted at all

Rude breakfast server.

Staff were very friendly and helpful within the hotel, breakfast staff were efficient yet slightly rude. [My daughter and I tried to say thanks but the young lassess looked through us like we were not there.]

There was no lift which I said but I missed that bit. We had to park a few streets away.

Right in the centre of town. Bed was big and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were very nice. Bar area looked very cosy at night.

The shelfs beside the beds were dusty but other than that everything was fine

Amazing couple of days away. Staff were all lovely... we had breakfast each morning and it was lovely. We had dinner on the first night and again was lovely great value for money. We arrived and check in was simple went to our room and we got some stuff for our wedding anniversary thank you cant wait to come back.
