You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

LatviaWe lived for a week, and there were no garbage bags, no brushes or dustpans for cleaning. Then we bought toilet paper ourselves. Upon arrival, behind the bed they took out several smoked cigarettes, dust and dried cookies. Few sockets. One key for two, there is no way to leave at different times and return the same way, we had to adapt.
The apartment is comfortable. Nearby are shops, a zoo, a shopping center - 15 minutes by car. A beautiful park for walking.

Nice studio apartment with a balcony for smoking/chilling. Had a basic setup for cooking so you could make your eggs and bacon. Good enough for sleeping through the night and enjoying the evening, worth the money.

SlovakiaVery weak to pathetic wifi. We got a smaller room than we bought. (Smaller than it was in the pictures) Room equipment (quilt, towel) was only for one person. But otherwise satisfactory accommodation.
Accommodation near the estate, within easy reach of the stadium, the zoo, and the tram to the center. Comfortable bed, bathroom. The kitchen was also fine.

CroatiaThe shower was a bit too narrow/small for an 183 cm tall person. The window shutters were very old and non functional.
Very spacious and cozy. Good location, the grocery stores are pretty near (Konzum just across the street, 2 minute walk to Spar). Free parking was available. The hosts were very friendly and easy to talk to. I liked the paintings on the walls, the bed and couch were very soft and comfortable. A washing machine was also available in the apartment. Definitely would recommend it.

CroatiaWe had to call owner twice to activate heating because it was shut off, however both times he solved problem quickly. So it was a small disadvantage.
Cosy and comfortable. I could recommend this place for stay during the visit. Stores are near and if you are with own transportation for get around it's awesome, or using taxi. However if you are using public transportation you will have some actions to take, still nothing too complicated.
