Good location close to an excellent pub, the George & Dragon where keycard was collected. Rooms are in two blocks with nominated parking close by. Eco friendly accommodation, with a large room and facilities which all worked well. Breakfast not available but this was known before I booked so wasn't an issue.

The pub next door was closed from 6pm on the Sunday and despite numerous telephone calls to taxi firms it was impossible to get a taxi to our chosen dining location about 6 miles away.

The location was lovely, the rooms were very spacious and there was good lighting with lovely countryside surrounding the buildings.

Although the check in was seamless it wasn't very clear if we had to pay on arrival or prior. Also I downloaded the phone app to have a key, but was then given a card on arrival. I think the information was all there, but it didn't jump out at me from the emails and communications I got.

The billing as a motel was good, made clear it was really a place to have the car, and the car park was integral to the site. The rooms were adequately equipped and everything was well thought through to make best use of the space. The room size was good so never felt cramped.

There was no breakfast option, but that was stated in the booking.

It was comfortable and clean and had parking outside the door. The coffee making facilities and extra storage were very nice and unexpected. They allow pets even though we didn't bring any on this trip.

As we had three rooms booked under one name, the phone code to enter rooms wasn’t an option. We opted for key cards to be picked up from the pub. We were told the pub would be open until 3pm, so planned our journey accordingly. I was disappointed that when my daughters, who arrived first at 2:20, were pressurised by a young barmaid, to pay for the rooms, as they had decided to close at 2:30 instead of 3:00. We arrived at 2:25 and so had to transferred the money to daughters!

Rooms were great. Lots of space, very large comfortable beds, great tea and coffee selection and a fridge. Very ‘green’ using collected rain water for flushing toilets and air pump heating. Situated next to The George & Dragon pub, which served great food in the evening, but they don’t do breakfast. Due to the remoteness the pub sometimes closes early during December, when we stayed. A great base to explore Norfolk, but you would need a car.

It was too warm at night and not possible to change the temperature independently. You had to contact someone. I felt it was too late as we had a late night celebrating a friend's wedding. It would have been much better to be able to adjust the heating ourselves in the room. Otherwise this was a great place to stay and we were very happy.

The room was lovely, clean and really well presented. Lovely big, comfortable bed and nice furniture.

The room was very clean, cosy, warm and perfect for an over night stay. We stayed as we went on the polar express and this is just 15 mins away. Pub on the grounds had amazing food to- all round great little place to stay with some lovely home comforts like the coffee machine, a bath and underfloor heating!

Can be difficult to find the entrance from the road if arriving in the dark.

A lovely big room with comfortable beds. Good tea/coffee making facilities including a coffee machine and a decent sized fridge. Nice friendly pub next door.
