The apartment could have been cleaner, other than the bedding change, I don’t think the apartment had been cleaned well since the last guest. The apartment is cold, as there’s no central heating, so I would recommend putting the electrical radiators on as soon as you arrive. The shower water was only just warm enough, and with the apartment being cold, it wasn’t nice to shower here.

Location is great. Price is good for the stay and location. Kitchen facilities were perfect for making dinner & breakfast.

That it stinks of weed in the corridors and when windows are open. There’s homeless and crackheads all around the property.

We paid for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment but only got one bathroom. Would be nice to have a bit of tea and coffee. Batteries in tv remote didnt work and the shower cable was broken. We reported to reception.

Where our apartment was located was noisy at night as we were right were people entered corridor to other apartments. If couple wouldn’t matter. Hotel staff were amazing .

The location was ideal for anfield stadium on a bus route and near shop and food places.

It was a little bit noisy at times but it was super convenient so wouldn’t let that be an issue.

It was a handy mile walk to Anfield football stadium. Reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Secure parking

As above. Also the original booking was described as 'wheelchair friendly' and accessible. There was a lift, but had I opted to use my wheelchair in the flat I would have had significant problems getting around.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Property was easy to find although parking was rather tight. TV reception was poor at times. Although I didn't realise until late, we were given the wrong apartment. I had booked a penthouse apt which has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 which had 3 singles for my daughter and 2 children. The apt we were given had only 2 singles. She needed to be in their room, so she slept in the same bed as 2 Yr old. As I hadn't gone in that room, I hadn't realised until late. Felt it was then too disruptive to ask for change. The lady on reception is organising a refund.

Generally run down and could do with some maintenance. like door knobs missing off cupboard. the bathroom was freezing cold to shower in. Creaky floorboards and the bed was very uncomfortable and well used. Signal and TV network was slow - Prime and Netflix kept switching off/buffering due to poor network so couldn’t even watch tv. when we arrived there was a wet pillowcase in the basin as if someone had used it to clean and dumped back in the sink. Pots and pans used not cleaned and put back in drawers. maintenance staff walked outside the ledge of the lounge while we were there. No privacy or warning.

I won’t call out anything new: it was cold in the room, the floor is old and creaky, loud street noise, problems with internet from time to time, lack of some basic kitchen stuff like tea bags. But guys at the reception were really helpful.

Friendly and responsive receptionists, spacious and clean rooms, free parking. A petrol station and Spar are in front of the hotel. 25 min walk to the art gallery in the city center.

The floors. It was difficult not to make a noise as they creaked so loudly in the bedroom especially and could hear people above walking about. ( PH get your money back from the fitter) lol. A blind on the lounge area window needed for privacy from the garage. Tbh there was very little to complain about, we were more than happy with everything.

We were delightfully surprised at how big and spacious our apartment was. It had everything we needed and more. Very clean and fresh.. The safe parking was a bonus. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Great price too.

Apart from one or two minor cosmetic items needing attention I really don't think much was wrong at all. Maybe the mattress could have been better quality.

Pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Chatting to the family member on reception about the history of the building was a highlight. The apartment was very spacious and had everything that we needed. TV in lounge area and another in the bedroom. Great value for money.

Despite what’s said in the description of the hotel, there is no allocated parking. There’s a handful of spaces in what is effectively just a big garage which was full when I arrived, as a result I had to pay £20 to park for one night at the petrol station over the road.

The apartment was a lot bigger than expected and nice and clean. The beds were very comfy with a well equipped kitchen with all you could need if only there for a night or two!
