We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Do not ever think about using this booking website. They booked me in a hotel that no longer exists in Dominican Republic and pretended I was receiving email from the property. Go directly to the hotel website.

I had a suite room with a view and this was the point of difference. The view from the bay window was spectacular- was worth every cent! The room was spacious and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel was in a great location - right in the Centre of town.

LuxembourgWe didn't like the breakfast. I choose the continental breakfast buffet and I was a little disapointed with the buffet options. Not enough options with the charcuterie such as cheese and ham or salami. For the price I paid I expecterd more.
Check in went fast and staff was very friendly, all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Overall we had a great stay at this Hotel.

Great big room with stunning view of the bay, the Middle Eastern restaurant was fantastic. The local soaps and shampoos are really good, so was the free bar of soap to take away.

Breakfast was a hit or a miss. Went down at 9o,clock, no brown bread. Cereal choice was poor, only full fat milk, no skimmed. Food had been kept warm under lights think, All shrivelled , eggs were not freshly cooked. I think guests tampered with toast maker settings had been tampered with by curious guests
