The tv didn’t seem to work properly, but this didn't detract from our enjoyment of the apartment. A laminated file containing information on the operational aspects of the apartments internal and external equipment would be beneficial.

The location was excellent and the host provided some breakfast items/ tea, coffee etc. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was furnished beautifully and you could tell that a lot of thought had gone into the needs of the guests.

Stayed in this beautiful apartment for the xmas Market and wow 👌 it was beautiful. The parking was brilliant, the apartment was right in the centre of everything so we could keep dropping our shopping off instead of carrying it around . The host was soo good he even came and met us when we got lost on arrival. The outside space with hot tub over looking everything must be an absolute stunner in the summer months . Overall if you want to treat a loved one for a romantic break come here ,bin off all those corporate hotels 💞💕

The location in the centre of town with designated parking overlooking the water is simply stunning. The decor is beautiful, the bathroom is one of the nicest I’ve been in and all the mod cons to make a techie happy. (So much so we have subsequently purchased a Bose sound system and new tele upon returning home) It’s the attention to detail that sets this little place apart. 6 or 7 different choices of soaks/salts for the spa bath. 3 or 4 different types of shower gels and lost count of different types of teabags. They really have thought of everything. The bedding and towels are luxurious as are the furnishings. Our only disappointment was not having the opportunity to try out the hottub (torrential rain and 50mph winds). We thoroughly recommend this place and will return.

A lovely stylish apartment in an amazing location right opposite the river and RSC. The hot tub was an extra treat. The owner was incredibly helpful when we discovered we’d left some important things behind. He really went above and beyond and we were very grateful.

Location perfect, in the heart of Stratford upon Avon. Within walking distance of Royal Shakespeare Company, perfect excuse to go to the theatre to watch a play.

The bed was a little soft for our liking, the pillows were supper soft and slipped behind the mattress. Everything else was great.

There was no breakfast included. The location was excellent. Plenty of shops & restaurants. Close to the river with lovely views and walks. Buskers in the main square most days. Good pubs nearby. Excellent parking.

No microwave. Not so much the property but the street light over the bedroom window, very bright even with curtains closed felt like middle of the day. Could do with some blackout curtains or blind.

Central location,nice and quite and lovely views with added bonus of private parking,easy to get to from motorway. Penthouse very quirky and comfortable with every room a different theme and a private lift. Host popped round and gave us some info on building and local area.

A fabulous location and aesthetic decor with great attention to detail. The owner Colin was attentive and gave great advice on places to eat in Stratford. We were a stones throw from the RSC theatre and loved every minute. We plan to return as it is an absolute gem of a property. Thank you Colin

Genuinely the most amazing place I've ever stayed. Beautifully decorated, perfect location, bed is incredible and the jacuzzi is amazing and actually quite easy to use once you watch the YouTube video. We had the best time and will definitely be staying again. It was a bit expensive for us but it was well well worth it.
