My room was lovely - really comfortable, beautifully decorated and had everything I needed. Tony & Jane were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Fabulous breakfast. Great location. Highly recommend.

I can't fault my stay. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. It was a gorgeous place to spend my night, the facilities and room were so clean. Breakfast was delicious and served hot. I genuinely cannot think of anything to complain about what an experience, well done to the hosts.

Absolutely stunning inside and out, I felt like royalty just walking up the drive! The inside was impeccable, so clean and well arranged, very modern too. I was lucky enough to stay when the weather was quite nice and sitting near the window, all I could hear was the birds chirping and the soft breeze of wind coming through. It was so peaceful and serene. Absolutely loved my stay 10/10

Everything was awesome!

The room was massive! Really clean and super comfy and in a nice location too. The bed was huge and was a great nights sleep. The shower was like half a room to itself, it was huge! The host was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He even brought my t-shirt to me at my place of work 4 miles away after I stupidly forgot it in the room. Thank you so much for a great stay

The house was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and spacious room and en-suite. Jane and Tony were brilliant hosts. Tony was very kind to drop us into town on the evening. Breakfast was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Very accommodating and friendly. Their hotelier experience stood out.

The Park is in a beautiful setting, I stayed in a beautiful quiet spacious room with a lovely view over the park/on par with a 4/5 star hotel room. It was a joy to meet the Jane and Tony who advised on the local area, they served a beautiful breakfast with the bread and granola homemade, just delicious.

Perfect location close to the beach and beautiful views over the park. The rooms were spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. Jane and Tony were very welcoming and served a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. We would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.

The building was beautiful. Really looked after. Tony and Jane made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Lovely couple. The rooms had everything you could need. With a nice view of the park from your bedroom. Breakfast at time that suited us. Not far from the front either. Definitely be back next year. Would highly recommend staying here.

One of us said nothing to dislike, the other would have liked a choice of pillows. That's really being picky though, as it was superb!

There was nothing to dislike. The only negative for some might be the location which was a short walk away from the seafront and some way from the town centre. However, the positive of that was that it was quiet and peaceful with views of a park.

This was truly a five star experience! The hosts were friendly and helpful, our room was clean, large and tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed and a huge ensuite shower room. Free parking, secure wifi and an excellent breakfast completed what for us was a perfect package.
