The room was perfect for my two night stay. It had everything I needed and the breakfast was very nice! They catered for all my dietary needs and were easily available if I needed something. The location is perfect, right on the High Street. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Glastonbury.

On the booking site, The Overlook seemed like a nice place with a good location and a great price. However, it didn't do justice to the experience we had. When we arrived, we were greeted by an extremely polite and friendly host. As they explained the fobs and keys, we noticed the stunning and fresh decor. Once we reached our room and were shown the amenities, we had a lovely chat with the host—it felt like talking to a close family friend. They took our breakfast order and left us to explore. The room was cozy, and the bed was super soft, much to my wife's delight. For me, the MVP was the shower with its superb water pressure. We slept like babies, and when we woke up, breakfast was served in our room, perfectly cooked. It was the perfect wedding anniversary morning. I can't recommend staying here enough!

Our second stay at this amazing B&B. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful hosts. A full English breakfast brought to our room and, as the name implies our room did overlook the beautiful Glastonbury high street. We will certainly be back to celebrate our wedding anniversary in October.

I loved everything about my stay. Steve, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The building inside and out is very well decorated. The room I stayed in was small but perfectly formed. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great pressure, there was enough space for my things and there was a kettle & tv to keep me entertained when in the room. The location couldn’t be better, it’s right in the high street :) and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely recommend and go back.

Having a beautiful breakfast Of your choice prepared and beautifully cooked and presented. Excellent portions and very tasty. vegan vegetarian or fall English. A wonderful host Steve Who's very helpful indeed. Anything you need at all you just ask,.great staff in the shop And friendly. The room is perfect great shower excellent value for money all round and you're right in town and it's quiet of an evening outdoors. Great place to stay.

Perfectly hidden away, outstanding bijou Bed and Breakfast, parking across the way in St John's car Park 2 mins walk. Made access to all the shops simple. Check in effortless, room was ready early at 2pm. Great start. The room we stayed in (Number 2) was immaculate, pristine, warm, comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. Flatscreen wall TV with free access to Netflix. Luxe soft extra blankets, sumptuous pillows, quilt and bedding. The bathroom ensuite shower, all sparkling and brand new. Comfortable and elegant. Steve presented us with a room card and digital key fob entry - easy and smart. Breakfast order for the morning was offered immediately, full english or full vegan all served in the room until 9:30 and unexpected personal service delivered with a smile and wow! what a delicious selection, including avocado on toast, chilled flagon of orange juice, fresh cafetière of coffee, extra toast with butter and jam, all condiments - above and beyond. For B&B Professionals and those not easy to please, this ticks all the boxes and then some. Many thanks and well done. If you want to spend a quiet weekend exploring the heart and atmosphere of Glastonbury on your doorstep, this is the place. Highly recommended as a frequent traveller in hotels and apart-hotels worldwide. Great choice. We'll be back!
