We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomLighting was a bit marginal and very oddly located switches. Shower very tricky to get to right temperature and was painfully powerful. Very little dedicated parking available. Small low-definition TV. A bit grim and lacking any means of refreshment, breakfast etc. The site is very out of the way for shops and services. Broken light in bathroom pointed out but was not acted on. No view.
Bed very comfortable. Lots of room and storage space. Very useful large desk.

United KingdomRoom was adequate but dated. Stained porcelain, worn chrome on taps, stained shower curtain and mouldy rubber feet on the chair in the wet room needed cleaning/replacing. Worn timber surfaces on bedside cabinets and work bench/dressing table/TV support.
No information about breakfast other than time available. We organised our own. Had difficulty getting to Aylesbury because of multiple road closures and the way into Olympic Lodge was not well sign posted and convoluted.

The room was okay, very basic, the only issue was the shower, the pressure was so high that the water was hurting your skin. The shower head had a hook but you couldn't angle the stream any different than how it was fitted. Not sure if all rooms had an accessible shower for wheelchairs, ours had. All in all okay just the shower was the issue :)

United KingdomI didn't like that when we arrive there we found the toilets dirty with hair and the bin was full! Another think is the keys wasn't in the reception we need to call for number that they left there and turn around the building for another place to pick up the key and I was with my baby on my lap and they don't advertise that before we go there.
The price is not bad and the bed is very comfortable, the shower is very good as well.

Room was large. Bed was huge, and very comfortable. Linen sheets were lovely and clean. 2 bath and 2 hand towels. I checked in at gone 23.00 hrs, night reception was welcoming and very thorough. Free parking and WiFi. Decent amount of tea./coffee/milk in the room.
