Carpark was usually full at all times, so I had to park just outside on the side of the road.

Great location quite central to a number of attractions in the area. Very clean bedroom with excellent cooked breakfast. Self-checkin even at a very late arrival time close to midnight and useful advice from the hosts on suggested places to visit in the area.

Quite bright in the room, better blind/ curtains would be good.

Good location for work in Chichester. Great pub over the road. Room clean and bed comfy.

This was an amazing guest house,, in a quiet, pretty little village just outside Chichester. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was cooked to order and was exceptional. In additional to the cooked breakfast there was plenty of fresh bread, fruit, yoghurts and cereals. Also different choices of teas and coffees. Our host, Matt, was very informative and gave us plenty of suggestions on what to do in the area. We would have no hesitation to recommend this to our friends and family.

Slightly warm room with the window shut and the single rooms are small but big enough...

Great location and easy to find with a good pub nearby. I arrived late but the self check in is easy to follow and it's a nice touch to have fresh milk for tea etc. Compact room but enough for one personal there is a communal lounge available downstairs. I slept well and enjoyed a superb breakfast prepared by Matt in the morning. Recommended

I’ve never stayed in a guest house before, however this was an experience I was really impressed with. The property was quiet, and it had an open area for visitors to relax in and socialise which I thought was very thoughtful. The facilities were very clean.

We wasn’t keen on the breakfast. The sausages didn’t taste very nice.

It had history to it. The host were very welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and it was near where we wanted to visit.

The whole stay was absolutely wonderful. I felt very relaxed, safe and most importantly welcome. It felt like a home from home, the couple running this guest house are doing such a good job, it is a credit to them. The breakfast was cooked to order and tasted delicious, and there is such a vast option of buffet continental foods. I can't wait to stay again.

Two minor points. The parking area was insufficient and an awkward space for manoeuvering, particularly if you have a large car. It felt a bit odd only meeting the lively and helpful Matt for the first time at breakfast the morning after I arrived, and I never did meet Amy!

The style of the room and the public areas was very nice - light, rustic and appropriate. It was also quiet and peaceful on the top floor. The breakfast and choices were excellent. The overall feel of the place was relaxed and friendly.

A small shelf by the bed to put my glasses and some water on.

An excellent breakfast. Location ideal for visiting Goodwood House and Races, Chichester, Wittering Sands and Weald and Downland Museum. 2 minutes walk to The Anglesey Arms for an evening meal. A convenient sitting room for guests to relax in and fresh milk in the fridge for tea or coffee.

Nothing I didn't like, but can I be so bold as to suggest maybe introduce a book shelf in the communal area where people could swap books as they travel. (Leave one, take one kind of thing). Just a thought and sorry if you did have one and I failed to spot it.

Travelling a lot I don't always sleep well in some places, but honestly I had a wonderful nights sleep, it was very comfortable and cosy. Great facilities and I was truly impressed by the mini fridge in the communal lounge where small bottles of fresh milk were available to make drinks in our rooms. It's so much nicer being able to have a decent cuppa tea with real milk. It is obvious the hosts are focused on caring for the environment, and the mini glass bottles of milk, which they can wash and reuse were just one example of reducing plastic waste. Breakfast was divine, my compliments to the chef, and a great choice was offered. Thank you.
