Instructions to get to parking at the back would be good, like a little map or a pic.

We had no expectations of Inverary, it was a just a half way stop on our way home from Skye - but what a beautiful place it is with plenty of places to eat and drink and lots of lovely little gift shops, and stunning views too. This was matched by our stay at The Old Rectory, which was just a few minutes walk away. It's a gorgeous old georgian building, with very friendly and charming owners. Our room was in the eaves with a view of the loch, it was very cosy, with a big comfy bed and a great shower. The breakfast was stunning, with my husband thoroughly enjoying the continental breakfast, whilst I enjoyed scrambled eggs - they were delicious. We would definitely stay again!

Struggled with TV in room as no aerial connection and TV too small for the size of the room.

We received a lovely warm welcome and although we were early for check in. The owners were more than happy for us to park there. The room was stunning as was the lovely Breakfast spread. Can’t fault it in any way.

Note one of the rooms had a proper shower (which was great) but the other was a claw foot shower/bathtub situation with no screen so high risk of getting water everywhere. Note that there are relatively steep stairs to the top room - just keep this in mind if that’s an issue for you.

Kathy was so friendly. She was so hospitable. The rooms were very pretty with great views over the loch. There was parking available behind the property. The breakfast Kathy put out was fantastic - there was so much choice! The accommodation was a very close walk to the George where we would highly recommend eating and drinking.

A nice b&b in a historic building, with a wonderful breakfast - few minor hitches, but overall nice

Our room was small, but the bathroom was large. The only complaint there was that there was no mirror at all in the bedroom, for blow drying my hair in the morning. Since European hotels usually only have razor plugs in the bathroom - not usable for hairdryers - I had to use the hair dryer for a minute in the bedroom, then run into the bathroom to check how my hair looked in the mirror there. I had to do this five or six times before my hair was dry. And since the bathroom had NO plugs at all, my husband had to do the same when using his electric razor. Also, parking for the b&b wasn't evident as we drove past the first time. We ended up parking in a co-op lot and calling to find out how to get to the parking area behind the house.

Breakfast was wonderful! Our hostess offered a huge choice of cold food - cheeses, yogurt, bagels, rolls, spreads, etc - as a buffet and also offered cooked items as well. We had a nice French press for coffee, with refills on request, and plenty of juice choice as well. Very yummy!
