We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We have stayed here twice before. It is a lovely old building, beautifully presented, well kept and spotlessly clean. Graham is very helpful and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is delicious with a lovely selection of local produce and home made jams. We'll definitely stay again.

Very clean, beautifully put together with everything you needed, including a large and smaller lounge to relax in. Fantastic breakfast, excellent service, attention to detail and a super bedroom with comfy bed and a large ensuite. Plenty to do in the surrounding area and lots of places to visit within a short drive. Just GREAT! 😃

I was traveling with my 82 year old father and we had originally made reservations for one night. Before we traveled to Axbridge we had to rearrange our trip and I called Graham to ask if we could extend our stay by 2 nights. He was so accommodating and gracious to our needs. When we arrived he could not have been more welcoming and helpful with our bags. I loved the design and comfort of the inn. The full English breakfast was delicious and there is a nice assortment of delicious jams and jellies for toast. There is one pub directly across the road and more in Axbridge. Thank you Graham and your team for your superior customer service and friendliness. I am not finished exploring Glastonbury but if I make it back from the States I’ll definitely stay there.

Lovely homemade bread and jams - particularly liked the strawberry and vanilla jam - home made - bought 4 jars to take home with us - best jam I have ever tasted. Plenty of space to put all our luggage - fridge in room - superb. Nothing was too much trouble - very friendly - we not cold - heating and hot water excellent . Would stay there again and have recommended this B & B to several friends - Good location and lots of places to visit - Bus stop very near if you want to use the bus - and bonus - there was a pub just across the road serving excellent evening meals.

Possibly the best out of hours check in service I’ve ever encountered. Super smooth which was ideal as we arrived late and left early. Even down to little labels on light switches in the hallway so you know which button to press to get the lights on. Convenient location for airport, took advantage of the PodPoint so EV fully charged when we left in the morning. Room spotless. Communication excellent. Ideal family room for parents and two children, all in one room
