Spacious flat with everything and more that you could ever need. Lovely host family. Very private and safe. Comfortable room and bathroom. Lovely big kitchen for self catering. Big lounge area too with plenty of brochures if things to do and recommendations. Highly recommend as a base to discover this quaint area. Very well located. Close to station and bus.

Great location, really easy walk into Rye and very convenient parking across the road as long as you time coming in well. Place itself is everything you could ask for and was very clean and comfortable. Sue and Simon were very accommodating and friendly hosts, and it's all the small touches and fine details they add to the property that made it such a pleasure to stay.

We were a little surprised that the owner comes in once a day during your stay to feed the fish, but not a massive issue.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Only a short walk to the centre of town- Mermaid St, High St etc. We were able to keep our bikes in the little alley next to the entrance, and lock the gate so they were secure. Sue the owner was very friendly

There was nothing not to like!

The property was well located, clean and well equipped. Sue was so welcoming and made sure everything was ok. The welcome pack and fruit were a lovely touch. The location close to Rye with a car park opposite made it easy to explore the immediate area.

The character of the property attracted us (and did not disappoint) but what really made our stay was the warmth of the welcome and the “little touches”. The high standard of the accommodation and the location as well . We both felt so relaxed.
