We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomIf you need a nitpicking point, the tap in the kitchen needed tightening up.
Having previously stayed in many holiday rental properties, The Old Granary Cottage was easily one of the best of the best. Maintained to a high standard, it proved to be very comfortable accommodation for two couples. With its array of interesting artworks and the general paraphernalia of a well-ordered family home, it was a pleasure to relax, eat and sleep there, in the quiet surroundings of its ever interesting quayside location.

United KingdomHad a problem with lights in one room but they fixed them quickly. .Was advised the day before our trip that the payment had failed . It hadn’t and once I could speak to the agents it was quickly and kindly resolved but stressful at the last minute .
Lovely Location , with beautiful views. plenty of nearby places to visit, property clean and has nice atmosphere with extra touches in the artwork and furnishings.kitchen well stocked and appliances clean and quality brands.unusual to find 2 king size en-suite bedrooms in a property. Great as we were with friends.

The Old Granery Cottage is a lovely cottage right next to the river with great views, walks and plenty of pubs/restaurants near by to eat out.
