A little further away from the town centre but worth the car trip.

Wonderful facilities, clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb and the staff were very friendly.

Overall, there wasn't much to complain about. But if I had to nitpick, the planes flying over from the nearby airport were a little bothersome at night. I reckon a pair of earplugs would do the trick to block out the noise, but it didn't really take away from the awesome time we had during the rest of our stay. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

The location and the building are absolutely beautiful. We stayed two nights with our three girls, ages 7 and 8. They were in awe of the property. They said it looked like Snow White's house and thought it was amazing and magical. The breakfast was a delightful experience. The biggest bowl of fresh fruit, a vibrant centrepiece, was a hit with the children, who devoured it immediately. They felt truly spoiled when their waffles and Nutella were served. Debbie, who was wonderful with the girls, also took them to see the gardens outside, where she shared that foxes and deer occasionally visit, sparking a mission for the girls to spot them. The entire property feels like you have stepped onto a movie set from some olden-day film. The location is a very short drive away from Legoland, where we were visiting. Debbie also told us about some other nearby activities that we could enjoy on our next visit to the property.

The bathroom was small, but not unexpected for a home built in the 1400s. It was fine.

15th century house. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Close to Heathrow airport and Windsor Castle.

The TV wouldn't work. But only a minor irritation

Debbie made the whole experience fantastic. The grandchildren renamed how friendly our host was ( aged7) and could we stay longer.

    Already explained.

Lovely old building which was perfect. Due to age constriants of building the bathroom was a little restricted but that was the only less than perfect point.

The fact that the building is not sound proof. Tv was small..one bed broke and the bed side unit was very wobbly. Part of the oldness of the decor you would call it.

Loved the service from the ladies very personable. Loved the history of the building and the garden. The kids kind of tuned out of screen time here. Tv was working. Breakfast was very good..

The sign by the road. We approached from Windsor and the small sign was facing the opposite direction. It was hidden by shrubbery as well. We stopped at the restaurant at the end of the road and inquired about the location of the Old Farmhouse. The friendly bartender informed us of the precise location.

The breakfast was the best we experienced in a long time. The staff was very kind and pleasant. The selection of foods was better than we expected. The other guests were enjoying their stay and there was a convivial atmosphere.

Needs better signage to find it as it’s down a short narrow lane of the main road - not apparent with its GPS location .

Brilliant accommodation in a 15th century setting; superb English Breakfast and both Barbara and Debbie were the most helpful and friendly host you could hope to meet.

I could not connect to wi fi in the bedroom, not sure why, a number of BT hubs came up, but I could not connect- this may have been because of the thunderstorm during the night. The TV in the living area had no reception on Channel 4, but did have reception in the bedroom. I would also have preferred to be able to open the windows wider, I assume they are restricted for security, although two small windows did open fully. That is why my rating is 9 not 10.

This is a stunning property, so many character features, warm and inviting. The breakfast was perfect, lovely selection of fresh fruit, lots of choice on the menu and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast room was delightful, the table settings attractive. A great welcome from the breakfast lady, very friendly and competent.

The smaller double bed was quite small in the family flat and the water temperature in the shower was very variable. Not fully surprising for a 580 year old house!

Very historical property with loads of character. Great breakfast and fabulous people running it. Convenient location for Windsor and flexible check in process made it very smooth. Well stocked tea and coffee in the room.
