Very steep steps (called Jacobs ladder) to get quickly to central town by foot,which not great if your older.But to be fair they have hand rails and there are alternative stairs and roads to take.The views are worth it too..Falmouth is not easy to drive around with narrow streets and hilly with fast local traffic.Walking is a little challenging for same reason and uneven stone,narrow pavement.But all this is worth it because Falmouth is beautiful.Friendly inclusive place with plenty to see and do.Will be returning soon.My only small,quibble with appartment is light coloured furnishing is a worry with kids and teenagers etc.Also I would have liked a full length mirror some where but really not that big a deal.

Very comfortable.Quirky interesting conversion from a school room to appartment ,excellently done and beautiful decor.Warm under floor heating just right for our Autumn trip. Good lighting every where.,including the stairs.Well equiped. with great open plan living space down stairs.3 toilets.Very comfortable beds.TV easy to use.good wifi.Lovely hosts with lots of information,clear instruction etc.Would definetely recommend.

A whow factor when you walk in. Feels like your at home straight away. Very well-equipped. Scones and cream a lovely Cornish welcome touch. Reasonable walking distance from town and beach. Local pub as well. Excellent parking.

A bright modern and spotlessly clean apartment which is well equipped. Eric met us on arrival and was extremely helpful He explained a lot of details about the appartment and the local area. Another bonus was that Eric and Emma are easily contacted if any problems arise. The apartment is well located for the local shopping street in Falmouth town centre and we found that we could easily visit famous sightseeing attractions in Cornwall by car. Thank you Eric and Emma for a most enjoyable stay in Cornwall.

Only space for 1 car but this wasn’t a problem as there was always space in the road outside for our second car.

This was the best self catering accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. They have thought of everything to make a stay so comfortable and the Kitchen was so well equipped that cooking a full meal was a doddle. It was like a home away from home and I didn’t want to leave. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and the wonderful eco friendly products were a lovely surprise - smelt great as well. There was even a helpful booklet left for us which gave good recommendations for restaurants, bars and places of interest - Emma and Eric have thought of everything you need to make it a really special stay, even down to the wonderful welcome pack.

We had a wonderful time in and around Falmouth. The apartment was beautiful, well furnished and in a great location. The welcome (with welcome card and scones) was also really nice. The TV with Netflix account even let our son enjoy the evenings ;-). We will definitely be back!

I think it would be appreciated to be able to completely block sunlight from the bedrooms to stop people who can't sleep when it is too bright in the room waking up at 5am.

The apartment was incredibly well equipped, had everything we needed to cook a variety of meals. It was beautifully clean and very well located. Having a dedicated parking space was very useful and super easy access to the apartment. The addition of netflix, board games and sound bar were appreciated for a group of friends who were after a chill weekend. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Falmouth.

We loved the beautiful school house with its interesting beams and big windows letting in lots of light. It was warm and clean and comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely furnishings. We especially liked the under floor heating in the kitchen area . Thank you for the hot cross buns !

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property or our stay. 10/10 couldn’t fault.

The property was very central to the main town with only a 5 minute walk. The apartment is just beautiful. Lovely big windows and the rooms were very spacious. Emma & Eric were amazing and very welcoming. They even left us some milk and butter ready for us in the fridge. They left us a welcome pack with everything we needed to know about the area and the apartment. Very organised and well presented. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The only small negative was the sink in the en-suite was difficult to use because of the position of the tap.

Great quiet location with local facilities on your door step including 2 pubs. Property itself was very comfortable and had everything you needed. Particularly like the eco-values with the products chosen to use in the property.

There is nothing to be improved on, everything exceeded expectations.

Fabulous appartment, cream tea left for as a welcome for us, very yummy! The kitchen was really well equipped, home from home, we didn't cook much but when we did the facilities were great. Beautifully furnished appartment, the sofa and chairs were really comfy. The bedrooms had really comfy beds, the shower was great in the en-suite! Really good information pack left by Eric and Emma. They recommended The Sea View pub just down the road for a meal, we went there and had a really nice meal. We caught the train from the Town Station to St Ives, via Truro. We had a great day out (without all the summer crowds), the little branch line was recommended by Emma.

Parking aspect can be tricky if you have more than one car -a space is provided right outside the property for one which is ideal but we were with friends who also had a car and street parking was very hard to find

We took our own breakfast and all the facilities that you wanted were there , milk in the fridge ,a lovely cream tea on arrival , the place was lovely and clean and there was nothing that we could fault

The apartment exceeded our expectation and was very central in order to reach restaurants, shops or the beaches. It was very clean. We really appreciated 2 bathrooms and a restroom downstairs. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Eric and Emma were always helpful and reachable! Everything was awesome!
