Shared bathroom which was reflected in the pricing. You were at the mercy of how other guests leave the facilties. But there was loo roll and soaps etc. On the plus side it was right next to my room.

Staff were very helpful, and it was perfectly located for my trip. The room was a good large size with twin beds. Comfy beds and pillows, good tea making facilities with plenty or tea bags, milks and decent size cups. I was very comfortable and content. WiFi available. Parking on site. Good value for money. I ended up travelling alone in the end so was grateful the room wasn't expensive. There was a TV in the room, remote minus batteries.. I'm sure staff would've sorted it but it was late and I just watched my phone instead. Nice temperature I was warm and cosy. I would stay again if I attend the same event next year.

The only criticism we have is on Booking.Com it says they do breakfast but that's incorrect. Also only one towel in our room so may want to bring your own if you're planning on showering, especially if like us you're sharing with colleagues, some of which are big lads! Food is only served until 2pm on a Saturday so get there early if you're planning on eating there.

We had a work event at a venue pretty much right next door so ideal location and well suited for that. Really accommodating and was great that they had just the right amount of rooms and beds to put us all up. The staff was very friendly and comfortable beds.

Staff were very friendly, we were only staying one night for a hospital visit. Parking easy and they let us leave the car there the following day.

Quite loud being joint to a pub (especially during England game!) but wasn't loud for too long (didn't interrupt my sleep). Felt slightly exposed being next to main road. Room was small but had everything you needed

A little noisy at times but it is a pub on a main road so is expected. A little further from the centre than what we had hoped, not as easy to get to where we needed to go that night

All staff members we spoke to were lovely and so helpful. Especially the girl who checked us in. The beds were super comfy, I fell asleep almost instantly! The rooms were perfect for what we needed and it was a lovely stay overall

Hallways very dated and in need a face lift

Booked for a one night stay, staff very friendly, room basic but clean and tidy and comfortable. Only wanted a room and bed for the night so completely adequate.

Didn't know how to get out the following morning had to head down into the closed pub and hope we could get out. (Which we could thankyou) but wasn't communicated. I think the milk pots in the room are ood/ off. Curdled the tea.

They aren't serving breakfast anymore. Their website says "bed & breakfast" and describes the breakfast, but when we got there they said they they are no longer serving. We felt misled.

The room was very small but very comfortable. Even though it was loud in the bar you couldn't really hear it in the room.
