Two of the three chairs supplied has broken components so was a bit sceptical using them as thought they were only going to crumble beneath me. Only three towels supplied for four people. Two pillows for the sofa bed which were very soft/thin so had to fold in half. Sofa bed wasn't a bed as such it was like a futon day bed so no mattress. Lots of room though, comfortable for two people but it did slightly dip in the middle. Can't comment on the bedroom beds but they looked comfortable and linen was clean. Bathroom was modern but a bit tired. No cleaning supplies offered only dish soap but would have done with a antibac spray as I like to wipe down the sides before and after use. Doors downstairs were very loud when be left to slam shut but that's user error. Could have done with a chair or two out the front on the astro especially this time of year but understand there not being any as its a unsecured part of the complex.

Stayed Flat 4. Parking was good, access was good. Layout was simple and lots of natural light in the kitchen diner/living room. Modern but basic. Little astro 'garden' before the main door up the stairs. Couldn't hear the neighbours next door. Lovely sash windows. Nice size fridge. Would stay again

The apartments are difficult to get into. We struggled with the locks and on one apartment the doorframe itself was stuck so we ended up having to get a locksmith out. However, the owners/staff were brilliant throughout this process and the problem was solved very quickly. In one apartment there was no hot water but the issue was resolved when they used another apartments shower.

Very convenient setting for myself and my friends. We had the X4 apartments taken and it was great, lots of room and very clean/tidy. The beds were very comfortable!

The temperature of the hot water seemed very erratic and difficult to control. Although it wasn't a problem for us, the external steps providing access to the first floor level (units 3 & 4) plus the internal stairs accessing the upstairs open plan lounge-kitchen-dining areas (2nd floor level) might be a problem for those with mobility issues.

Spaciousness of the rooms and the comfortable bed. Was able to park on the street right outside the property. There's also a large supermarket just a hundred metres or so away.

After collecting keys from the dropbox it was impossible to open the door. After struggling for 10 minutes, AND after calling the agents (who were very unhelpful and simply said they'd never had anyone with a problem before) the neighbour virtually kicked the door in for me and at last it opened. This experience was extremely offputting and I will NEVER book anything under this Company "Old Bank Apartments" again. They have also been spamming me every since - I have no idea how they got my email address.

spacious well decorated and maintained apartment. Very well equipped, although some more kitchen tools, eg spatula/wooden spoon would be handy. Wi-Fi great, comfy big sofa, wonderful huge bed. Lovely to have huge bath with plenty of hot water. Although centrally located very near a small retail park as in cul-de-sac safe and quiet. Plenty of fee parking right outside the flat. Any queries responded to very quickly. Good value.

The apartment is approx. 40 min walk from the city centre. The price was too high in my opinion, however it was a last minute booking.

We had a wonderful one night stay at The Old Bank apartment when exploring the city of Bristol on the weekend. The apartment is very clean and well looked after with all the necessary facilities. Parking free of charge available on the street nearby. No noise.

Lovely apartments, exactly as described and staff really helpful with queries I had prior to arrival around early check in etc. Apartments very spacious, nicely decorated and kitchens well equipped. Parking available on the road. Checking in and out was a simple process, the apartment we had early check in for on the day was not ready when we arrived due to the bad weather however another one we had booked was and after a quick phone call we were able to access that one instead so did not cause any issues.

On sorting the deposit for the flat the owners said as I was booking two apartment I must do a bank transfer for a deposit of £300. It was stated on Booking that this is done via credit card. They sent me an email on the morning of our check in. I called and said this wasn't stated anywhere and there was a bit of an argument until we called booking.com and they agreed this is not stated anywhere so accepted CC. After threating me that they would canx my booking if I did not do a bank transfer on Nye which felt like a scam. Otherwise I got my deposit back back in full 4 days afterwards no problems there.

The place itself was lovely, cupboards were stocked with glasses and cooking/eating equipment. The lounge/kitchens are big and there's enough room for 3/4 people. Beds are super comfortable and shower was nice! Really warm with heating on, nice and cosy. I would suggest getting rugs you can rub your shoes on when entering the apartments and flat 3 is hard to lock main door.
