Everything was perfect, the only thing to mention - we did not know how to switch off lights in main bedroom (there is a small button at the bottom of wardrobe - would be nice to have a small note somewhere about that).

Clear instructions of how to access the property. Clean and spacious house, 3 rooms upstairs (we used only one), sitting area with TV and big kitchen downstairs. Big plus that all the cleaning stuff was there too (dishwasher tablets, extra bin bags etc). We stayed with our Labrador, who was absolutely happy to be there too. Good size garden with bbq area.

The only things missing were a couple more wine glasses and oven gloves. Nothing major.

Superb value for money. Great location for a stop over on our way up north. Lovely, thoughtful hosts, making sure there was milk, tea, coffee and even beer in the fridge! Xmas tree was up and everything was super clean and cosy. Would definitely stay again when we venture up to see family.

Parking was on the roadside opposite a junction, so unable to park immediately outside the property. A drive in the front garden would make the property excellent.

Bathroom was exceptional. Bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Good sized sitting area.

There was nothing not to like! The house is a short drive away from the city but we were aware of this and it isn’t far.

The house was very equipped, welcoming and the owners had gone beyond expectations by providing complimentary drinks. We raised an issue and it was resolved very quickly with a great response from the owner.

Great communication with the vendor and easy access to get in with clear instructions. Immaculate and clean. Everything was perfect and not far from the city centre. Thank you for a lovely stay. My family and I will certainly be staying here again.

The location for us had a downside, as we had young children and there were very few playgrounds within walking distance to us. But otherwise everything was fine.

It had all the facilities we needed to host our little family. Very pleased with our stay.

Modernly decorated. Accurate description. A HUGE array of quality amenities from a fully functional and stocked kitchen, even with quality cutlery. The host left coffee pods and cans of Coke upon arrival. Living room exceptionally comfortable with every form of entertainment accessible. Both bedrooms lovely and comfortable. Walk in shower looked amazing although didn’t have chance to use. Everything about it was great and made my journey easy. Clear instructions for everything too.

The house was great for our stop over in Nottingham with our dog to visit relatives. It had all the mod cons and facilities we needed and was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and was on a quiet road. Highly recommended.

Bathroom door without latch

Everything was so coolly organized, there were all the accessories, a wonderful kitchen and sleeping places, everything was thought out to the smallest detail. The owners even took care of the food in the refrigerator, which turned out to be very useful for my hungry sons in the evening

It was incredibly nice but would have been perfect with better bedding as bed were comfortable but pillows were sparse.

Great location, great value for money and an all round pleasant stay. Perfect for our family and dog to visit family.

The house has a slightly worrying rough look from the outside but it is superficial. The bedroom blinds let in quite a bit of light in the summer months. I could have done with a proper saucepan and some oven gloves in the kitchen.

The house is well furnished, well equipped, clean, and on a street which is much quieter than is looks. WiFi speed is over 350Mbps and the large TV has multiple entertainment devices attached so you have access to plenty of channels and streaming services. Parking is on-street but there is plenty of room and I was not concerned about leaving my car there.
