The beds were absolutely horrible. You were sleeping directly on springs. I don’t think we slept the entire time. The mattresses need to be replaced. There was were not enough towels and linens.

The location was good and the property was pet friendly. The property was clean.

Parking was a no go .. really difficult street parking . I was in Room 2, and that's the 2nd floor up two flights of narrow stairs .. Key code entry.. still couldn't remember without checking. Electric heaters. No idea how to get them to work and could have done with using them in the evening. .. pic of heater below. A couple of fleecy throws would be good too

Lovely spacious rooms, good internet, TV with Netflix and Prime Useable kitchen.. The bathroom was great. Good shower. ( No soap/ shower gel, I added some into the bathroom dispenser) Bedroom lamp, mirror, plugs near the bed. Perfect. comfy bed slept well ..

Person paid to clean & check rooms needs to be spoken to.... All minor things which I have informed owner such as light bulb blown, only one glass (but there were mugs). Didn't affect stay.

Comfortable room at great price with ensuite and small kitchenette. Exactly what we needed. Room a good size for 2 people & everything provided including hairdryer which was a great surprise as I'd forgotten to pack mine. Thought of entertainment as books, games, & TV channels great.

There was only 1 dinner plate .The floor in the hall was dirty ..rather off putting .we weren't aware of an extra charge for the dog and thought it was included in the cleaning charge as quoted .

too cluttered. maybe take out the futon bed and make room only for 2 people. Had to put the futon down to watch tv from the bed. Fridge froze all our food.

Directions to the building could be clearer in the welcome email. There are several properties and it isn't clear which house number to go to. When arriving late at night (10pm) in an unfamiliar place as a single woman, I was a tad nervous as I couldn't find the correct building and I walked around back alley's trying to find it. The email and website lists number 32, 36 and 37, but not which property my room was in or where this was, so that would be helpful. For reference, the majority of rooms are in no. 32, up the hill slightly from 37. I think no. 36 is the larger multi-bedroomed apartment, which was around the back from 37. I think 37 is still being renovated. Additionally, although the property felt safe and secure and I had no real concerns, it would be great if there was an additional lock on the room's door, such as a chain, for extra security as the hotel is not staffed.

The outside was not very welcoming and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain. The bed was uncomfortable and creaked every time anyone moved.

some pots made available werent that good for cooking on the hob as some had rust already, they could be changed, but apart from that, every other thing was fine.

The location was good, and it was a comfortable place to stay. A lot of things( liquid soap, tea, pots, plates, cutleries, mugs) necessary for a comfortable stay in a studio was made available which was thoughtful. Checking in was straight forward too!

Apartment not marked in any way. While the provided address is correct, a small sign with the name "Myriad" would still help. Place might be hard to find when it is dark

Nicely furnished. Kitchen with some plates and is a big plus if you need to warm a meal. Shower new. Located on the main street from the train station. A room facing the yard is still quiet

The usual parking is on-street, which can be awkward.

The owners responded quickly to our requests and were very friendly and helpful, even making special arrangements for us to park our motorbikes securely. The train station and town centre are only a short walk away and there are bus stops even closer. The room was beautifully presented.

the shower switched between boiling hot and freezing cold and we had to was ourselves in the few seconds in between the change each time.
