You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomRoom was dirty with hairs still on the floor on it toilet , hosts weren’t there to meet me so had to guess how to access my keys and where the room was . Parking wasn’t signed so i had to park across the road on a random street , the heating in the room was very poor and the room was honestly one of the coldest i have ever stayed in . It was ridiculous . Also the bedding was extremely uncomfortable and itchy . Contacted host who was of no help

It was very convenient and the room met the standards of the photos. The lady that greeted us was lovely and made sure we were alright. We didn't have breakfast in the morning.

I did not have time to taste the breakfast as I was quite busy and used to leave early in the morning as I had quite a lot to do. The Milton B&B is well located as it is within walking distance of the many amenities and the place is quite.

United KingdomRoom cramped. Low ceilings. Bathroom door creaked badly. Toiletries available but leftovers from other guests! TV signal poor. Disappointing as breakfast not included despite being a B&B. Charge for breakfast not put on the information or how much it costs. We presumed we had breakfast Included so a warning g to other guests. No welcome just keys in a bowl in entrance. Left keys in the bowl as we left. We were grateful for the stay as it was last minute but information on website needs to be made clearer.

United KingdomThis dwelling has absolutely no sound proofing for private, sound free sleeping. Likely due to stud floor and wall construction. Not 1 night's sleep in 7 was had. Very disappointed. No emergency evacuation details in room, eating room.etc. no variety in breakfast offering. Won't be back.
