We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Peace and quiet lovely gardens and pond teaming with wildlife.. fabulous.. Close to forest and wonderful countryside and a 15 min car journey into Thetford. Help yourself breakfast and fresh bread. Delightful

United KingdomWe dont like to complain but a few things were not to our liking . The towels were hard there was no heating on as the weather was cold no heated towel rail . Even though we had a shared kitchen we would have liked tea facilities in our room . The unmade road wasnt very good for traveling up and down to many pot holes .

United KingdomThe weather! The property is in such a beautiful spot the cold, dark, early night and grey day, meant I couldn’t enjoy it to its fullest!! There wasn’t anything I didn’t like!
The host very kindly met me on arrival to show me around the property which is superb! I had the full use of a modern kitchen, dining and sitting area with a massive TV and with my private bedroom with en-suite (and another TV), I couldn’t have wanted for more!! Very comfortable and private.

SwitzerlandWe had the pleasure to stay at this B&B for a few nights while visiting family in the area. The location and accomodation did not dissapoint! We were personally greeted by the owner, Piers, despite our unexpectedly late arrival time. This goes to show how easy going and uncomplicated this B&B is run whilst still providing a high standard when it comes to the rooms, breakfast and provided amenities! We particularly appreciated the daily freshly baked bread ("delivered" in the evening, perfect for a sneaky late night snack). Travelling with our dog we particularly appreciated the remote/rural location of the Mill! We were sorry not to be able to say goodbye on our departure day, as we had to leave rather early to catch our train. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Mill ☺️
