The single bed frames squeak when you move so can cause a bit of disturbance- and the kitchen needs a sieve and egg slice otherwise is really well equipped

There was nothing to dislike. Our stay was for a weekend: if we were looking for a longer stay, it would be an advantage to have washing machine and tumble drier.

Lovely clean and comfy property. Would definitely book again. Hosts very friendly and greeted us when we arrived. Cottage is set in the farm grounds with extensive views and access to country side. Well equipped and modern bathroom and kitchen. Good Wi-Fi and TV channels.

We liked everything. Jason was extremely kind and even checked in on us to make sure we were OK and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the board games helped lighten our trip.

Bit of breakdown in communication to arrange access to cottage but no fault of hosts who sorted very quickly.

Lovely setting overlooking an orchard and open fields. Super hosts who made us feel welcome and invited us to help ourselves to fruit from the orchard. Fresh apricots and plums for breakfast were delicious. Accommodation clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately the main double bed the support legs were bent.

Was in a lovely quiet lacation, local shops close by. Lovely garden area and a field on site to walk the dog lovely outside seating area. Nice footpath couple of houses away leads to an historic site. Well equipped

We loved the property but could have done with an iron and the frying pan handle was broken. We had a problem with the plug in the bathroom basin which wouldn’t seal.

The property was very clean, comfortable and warm with excellent facilities and we liked the little touches provided e.g. tea, coffee, sugar, hand washes, kitchen towel, washing up liquid, cooking products and tea towels etc. Also games, information leaflets etc. available in the lounge. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. it was very nice to talk to Jason who made us feel very welcome.

The bedroom furnishings in the main bedroom were sparse and felt like an after thought- and reminded me of a uni student bedroom. In particular the double bed was disappointing. The mattress wasn't great- quite springy - and the metal frame felt like it could collapse at any moment. Given the size of the room (was huge), it could easily fit a queen size bed. The fan in the bathroom was a bit dodgy and the bath cover panel cracked and loose. Issues that would be easily rectified and improve an otherwise really good property.

Located approx a 10min drive outside of Hereford the property had wonderful views over farm land and orchards. The ground floor had a good sized, well equipped, modern kitchen and a similar size lounge area. Lots of space for a family of four or a small group of friends. Upstairs were two large bedrooms one with a double bed and the other twin beds. It was clean and worked well for us and our Labrador. There was some outdoor seating which would be very handy in summer months. There is a small shop over the road for basic supplies.

Quiet location. Perfect for exploring the Wye Valley and local area. Comfortable for family of 4; 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Good facilities, good wifi (needed for the kids!). Would definitely visit again using it as a base for exploring. There's more accommodation onsite which looks great too, useful if wanting to go with family and friends.

I'm not a fan of gas cookers, but I managed. Rear of property situated on road side, so you could hear the traffic, but not a major road.

N/A as self catering. Small shop across the road & slightly larger Co-operative just 2 mins walk up the road. Also children's park a min walk up the road next to the school.

There appears to be an issue with the plug in the bath. I started off enjoying a soak and rather rapidly I was left with a hair full of shampoo and no water. I did double check I hadn’t accidentally knocked the plug and it was still in place. Personally I’d get rid of the board games. It makes for disappointed guests who thought it’d be nice to relax in the evening playing them after a long journey only to find pieces missing.

The location was good for where we needed to be. The hosts were happy to assist and answer any questions, they also kindly delivered freshly laid eggs to us which was a lovely touch. The view was beautiful and the size of our lodgings was spot on much bigger than anticipated. All in all we had a nice time.

Lovely, well equipped cottage situated on a farm in a pretty location. The host was very welcoming and was readily available should we have required anything during our stay.
