The room was a little dark but appreciate that nothing can be done due to the age and type of building. The toilet doesn't flush properly. Would benefit from a bit more table space, possibly putting in a table with a foldable lap.

It's a good all round place to stay and have a breakfast, coffee etc. Good location and all on one level. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is really good.

Small things, the chair in the room was a little uncomfortable to sit and work in. The butter at breakfast was rock hard.

The room was a little dirty, particularly the bathroom, the grouting was dirty. The shower wasn't very powerful. There was a lot of dust under the bed. This was discovered due to money being dropped that had rolled under the bed.

We liked the fact that there was a coffee machine. Comfy beds & location, bonus on site parking. Breakfast was great, and nothing was too troublesome for the waitress.

Our only issue would have been the size of the parking area. Bays were a little tight.

Options for stay comfort, value for money, etc not working, but we would give all of them a 'very good'. The hotel and room allocated were all comfortable and clean. Staff were exceptionally helpful and gave good direction to travelling into Leeds, without having to drive. Good evening meal and breakfast the following morning. Would definitely recommend.

Only faults was the shower, cubicle was lovely but the water was only tepid and you felt colder when you got out than you did getting in. The toilet needs looking at as you struggled to flush it, there was no pressure what so ever on the handle, abit embarrassing having to leave it. Good job it was our daughter with us.

The room was spotless, beds were comfortable, tea facilities where ample, room was lovely and warm. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and you wasn't rushed which was nice.

A piece of dental floss from the previous guest was missed in the bathroom. The mould in the shower needs removing we didn't use it because it was bad

Service in restaurant has deteriorated; bring back the previous staff! Dinner service was just about acceptable, but breakfast service was awful. They couldn't be bothered to take our order. We had to go to the bar to order,, despite being told to take a seat when we entered. Also, condiments asked for were not delivered as the staff preferred to talk amongst themselves rather than serve. Once again, we had to get up, having stated to eat our meal to get a salt cellar and brown sauce.

Comfortable, well heated room. Once again, detail needed on shower cleaning... Black mold on shower hose (this is easy to remove).

Lack of wifi and the shower cubicle could do with some mould treatment.

This is a community pub with individual rooms in a small courtyard behind the main building. The rooms are small but comfortable, with everything you need although there was no information about wifi and the phone signal on O2 and Vodafone was almost non-existent in the room. There is plenty of parking space although the car park is strewn with rubbish. The pub is on a fairly busy crossroads, but the rooms are setback so although there is road noise, it's not too intrusive. Meals are served in the main pub building, which operates as a cafe in the mornings with lots of people coming in for breakfast and coffee. The staff are excellent and very friendly. There are lots of options for breakfast and it is very well-cooked.
