Leaving before 10am 😔

Fab location for Bowness and beyond and, flat was perfect, just as shame was only a night, was sad we had to leave by 10am

The bathroom was rather small, making it less comfortable to use. Additionally, the heating of the water in the bathing area took a very long time to start, which was quite inconvenient.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the picturesque lake at Bowness-on-Windermere. The facilities are excellent, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable living area. Easy to access, although there is no reception. The place is very quiet and peaceful, providing a relaxing environment.

Limited natural light due to location of the room but made up it with lighting and LED mood lighting was an additional touch.

Cleanliness, decor, close location to everything. Just what we needed for a short stay attending a friend's wedding. Bed super comfortable.

The apartment was decorated lovely and was spotless. The bed was very comfy. The area was very quiet, in the evening, but had plenty of things to walk to in the area. Perfect location!

No windows or view. Needed a science degree to make the coffee machine work. We gave up

The only one small criticism was that the beds were small singles.

Everything was perfect, could not fault anything. Everything you could need for a stay away from home. Fantastic hosts, excellent communication. Perfectly positioned to go to either Bowness or up to Windermere. Very luxurious stay.

The shower was a bit fiddly to get the right temperature, but once we’d had a test run it was lovely!

The apartment was well thought out and stylish with all amenities you could wish for. The bed was really comfortable and the location was excellent. The communication with the wonderful woman who ran the apartment was exceptional and she was really helpful. Everything made the weekend run smoothly. I’d recommend this to everyone looking for a stay in Windermere.

The host went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. The apartment was great, large sized room, well decorated with all the features and appliances needed. Location is amazing, a few mins from the lake and right next to all shops and restaurants. Will be back again!

Small bathroom and slightly awkward shower.

The location at the top of the town is great. Shops and eating places are on the doorstop. The lake pier is just 5 minutes walk., Comfortable bedrooms . Large lounge / diner. Full TV package for a rainy day.

The only disadvantage was that the blinds let a lot of light through on a morning once the sun was up.

Excellent location. Communication via text/phone was great. The apartment was clean and smelt lovely. Showergel / soap smells amazing! The apartment had dishwasher tablets, coffee, tea, etc, and the kitchen was fully equipped. There were towels and robes and all the necessities. Parking space was right outside the front door. We had a really lovely stay, thank you! Definitely recommend!

The property was beautifully decorated, modern and very spacious it had everything you needed in the kitchen to cook your own meals if you didn’t want to eat out the bedrooms all had tv’s hair dryers etc and a 5 minute walk down to lake Windermere.

Booking.com had not forwarded my request for the bed to be made up as two singles! Thankfully the host arranged for this to be organised after our arrival.

No instructions for the coffee machine or fire. Gel for shower/hair is labelled hand wash. Apparently the hand wash and shower/hair gel are filled with the same soap. One of the towelling robes could do with replacing.

Location perfect. Car parking facilities are a little tight but good. Very comfy beds. Facilities in-house pretty good but a couple of tiny niggles being attended to would have made it perfect.
