Directions from the booked car park to the hotel were confusing 'go through the casino' and we couldn't find a casino!

The Car parking instruction need to be clearer, there are 2, 5 ways car parks next to each other and both on Tenant street. It is not clear which one is the right one, plus the right one at the moment the road is closed, so you can't get in. We ended up having to pay for parking. They also weren't very forth coming with the car parking , as I had to hound for it, as they want your passports, which is fine but there own website doesn't work very well, so I ended up what's app-ing them. Bare in mind it takes 48 hours for them to register your car details, so you have to be a bit on this. No , no refund either. No coffee maker, not that much coffee, and that was the one thing I forgot to pack. Wine glasses , 1 was cracked, but it would have been nice to have had a Champagne flute. Maybe a shower gel dispenser in the bathroom, as the shower is great but no shelf in there, so no where to put anything. Bed was quite small, and not the best, pillows were quite bad.

Although the apartment itself is quite small, it has everything you need , plus the rest of the complex has a lot of communal areas that were really nice. If we stayed again we would have liked to have checked out the cinema room. If we stayed longer probably would have used the running track and gym. We were only staying 2 nights plus it was winter. But it has a lovely BBQ area, which in the summer would be ace.

Having to pay £50 as I arrived at 10pm. If you arrive after 4pm you get charged a late arrival fee. I travelled up after work so had no choice but to pay it. Check out is 10am and Your charged £25 for every hour afterwards.

I didn’t like that you could not control the temperature in the room. The washing machine and dryer took hours too.

All was perfect. Something on a side note that would give a 6th star, was some extra shower supplies, something simple in the kitchen supply area and some washing machine detegent.

Everything was perfect from start to Finish. The location was close enough to the city Center, and in a walkable distance. The apartment was located on a new 40 storeys Tower ( our apartment was on the 26th floor). Beautiful views day and night of the whole of Birmingham. The check in process was smooth and punctual, and the check out was easy as well. The Perfect stay Team, kept checking every so often if everything was ok. The apartment was a new, comfortable living area, fully equipped and new kitchen, 2 bedrooms with very nice double beds and ensuite bathrooms for both of them. Definitely a rebook if in Birmingham again.

I loved the look, comfort and facilities provided. It's nice to have a well equipped kitchen. Fantastic location. Adaptable to my individual need. It's like a little bit of tranquility in the middle of a cott. Would happily stay again.
