It hadn’t been cleaned throughly as there were bits of rubbish under the bed and cuddly toys. Also a drink on top of the kitchen units.

Lovely van with so much equipment - literally everything you could think of from kitchen equipment, games, outdoor bits!!! It was so cozy and perfect for us! Yes it’s an older van but has been decorated to look so good. Alison was fantastic with correspondence. Will definitely be coming back.

I did not like the fact that there was no cafetière or coffee plunger! I wish I had know that it wasn't provide it, I would brought my own. I did call my host to enquire once we were at the accommodation and I was given a very silly answer. My friends were able to have their teas, but I do not drink tea, so I was not able to enjoy being at the accommodation as much as my friends did. Also, the double bed I slept it felt as if I was sleeping in a V shape. I didn't understand it why it wasn't completely flat, and instead of fancy black bedding I would much appreciated normal 100% white cotton, which it is much nicer to the skin.

I think it is a great location. We are group of walkers, we didn't spend much time on the premises, as we went for walks around Hunstanton and the coast, and we went to restaurants and cafes for our meals. The place was clean and everything was in working order.

It was homely, comfortable and modern. Lots of homely touches, 2 toilets and lovely big patio. Which was lovely sitting out having a coffee in the sun shine! There was a wi console and games too.

it did smell a bit of dogs but it is a dog friendly property so that’s to be expected.

Everything you needed was available. The people looking after it were lovely.

Caravan was dated and in need of a refurb. Kitchen cupboard doors need replacing as did the bathroom radiator. Blind in bathroom didn’t stay closed so had to hang a pillowcase across it. Sofa wasn’t that comfortable either.

Had everything we needed and the heating worked well. Good to have WiFi too.

Shower was too hot and couldn't seem to adjust but a minor thing, everything else was brilliant.

Took my friend and her autistic son for a break..... perfect place for him. Caravan was clean, homely and well furnished. Loved the little touches and the young man was really happy and loved it.

Chalet was a long walk from the entrance.

The chalet was comfortable and warm. The site was lovely and quiet because it was out of season. The ponds around the site were nice. Position of the site is good, near to shops, pubs and coast.

Unfortunately was staying in a caravan and in the second night of my stay the heating and hot water stopped working , had 3 of my grandchildren with me including a 6 month old baby , try to contact the emergency number in the caravan , no answer left a message no response , had to wait until 10 am next morning to speak to reception , it turns out both gas bottles were empty , surly this should have been checked before our arrival !

I can't rate this site or caravan as we stayed at the sister site at Heacham Beach. We stayed in caravan H54 there. It was very clean, and welcoming. The caravan is old though, and it had a smell of fusty or damp dog about it when we entered, which was off putting. We only stayed for 1night to get together with family who live in Norfolk, so it was ok.

We actually didn't stay at this caravan. Unfortunately when we booked it had already sold out on another site. The owner immediately offered a caravan on the sister site at Heacham Beach, H54. Excellent friendly advice at all times, and any questions answered immediately. Great customer service from the owner, who is very helpful.Tea, coffee provided in a well equipped kitchen, which was a nice touch. Big fridge freezer. All bedding and towels provided, and cleaned. WiFi provided on request.

Wifi was shocking. Over the three days none of us were able to connect to it. By contrast we were able to walk across to the Marston pub and connect within moments.

Price was a bit high for 2 days, but we had the option to go elsewhere. Some things in the van need repairing, but no more than you expect.

Van ok, position to hunstanton great. Site very quiet and vans in good positions. Not position on top of each other. Ideal for dogs Caravan beds were made ready, and tea and coffee Was available, also towels provided.

Caravan was not how it looked in photo. Caravan needed updating & a thorough clean. Only one mug in cupboard, had to buy another mug. There were teacups. Caravan beds VERY uncomfortable with springs felt through mattress. Wasn't very clean & really needed updating.

WiFi very poor, hob and oven didn't work that well you had to keep an eye on it as would u ignite the hob you had to use matches to light it but none were provided these wasn't alot of cooking stuff provided considering we were a family of five there was a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets

Convenient location, easy to find the owner was very quick at replying to messages very clean when we arrived
