Absolutely outstanding. Lots of little extras in the room and the pub and the staff were fantastic. Would definitely recommend it.

Rather than didn't like, a couple of points to improve. Room 3. Extractor fan in shower room needs attention. Right curtain next to the wardrobe needs a clean. The bed slats need looking at, if you turn over in the night, it's a bit noisy.

Wholesome continental breakfast. Parking for guests was a bonus and needed due to on street parking limitations. Easy to walk into Norwich City. Was aware of the noise from the bar downstairs, so it wasn't a surprise later in the night.

Good variety of breakfast with cold drinks in a mini fridge. A clean room with a comfy mattress, facilities and desks/tables. Parking was a plus.

Comfortable room with everything we needed for a short stay. Check-in and out was straightforward. Staff were very helpful. Lovely bathroom with a good shower. Breakfast basket was welcome. Above a pub but no noise at all while we were there. Free parking in the street was plentiful. It's in a quiet residential street about a 20 minute walk from the City Centre, which is exactly what we wanted.

The only slight negative was a squeaky bed but it was comfy!

Good location in a quiet residential road. It took about 20 mins to walk to the city centre on a very easy and direct route. There were also buses nearby if required. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Room and bathroom were spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. The continental breakfast provided in the room in a wicker basket was very welcome and there was a small fridge containing the perishables. We thought this was very well done indeed. The bar area was great and we had a nice evening meal. There were a few reserved parking spaces on site for staying guests and there appeared to be plenty of on-street parking close by.

There was nothing not to like about our stay. Only downside was I wasn't told that there was a key drop box in the accommodation block for checking out and the pub didn't open until midday. This was easily resolved when contacting the owner.

Situated in a quiet residential area of Norwich, though only a relatively short walk from the city centre. Free parking supplied and plenty of availability in surrounding roads as an alternative. The room was a good size, nicely decorated and had everything that we needed. Bathroom was modern and spacious and TV options were good - Netflix and I believe Prime TV both supplied. A continental breakfast is provided in the room, along with a fridge big enough to keep some of your own things in. Plenty of hangers in wardrobe too.

Nothing really. Pub kitchen closed when I stayed on a Monday night but that was not a problem. Will stay on another day of the week next time and try the pub food.

There is nothing that could have been better.

I liked that I had 24 access and that I had breakfast supplied, so I could eat when I wanted. I also liked that the shower was in a stall, not over a bath.
