Pretty much everything was great. If I was being picky, the mattress in the bedroom was a little too soft for my personal liking, but that may just be me!

Great location, with lovely views out of the bedroom, lounge and hot tub. It was a lovely property, with plenty of room. The host provided a little welcome bundle of homemade bread and cupcakes, along with butter, eggs and milk, which was a nice touch.

The location was fantastic, the space was exceptionally clean and well laid out- with everything thought of. Lizi was a lovely host who was on hand throughout our stay should we have needed anything, nothing was too much trouble. The goodies you left for us were such a thoughtful gesture and were very well received. The living space was warm, comfortable and very homely. The bed was huge and soo comfortable. We slept so well. The property was serene and so peaceful, we aren’t used to silence normally so this was an extra treat. The hot tub was perfectly warm and it was so nice to end the day under the stars. We were already planning our next stay before we had even left, we can’t wait to return. Thank you!

The host was caring and informative. Made us mince pies on arrival couldn't ask for anymore. The room was huge and had our own private living room and kitchen. For the money paid this place is amazing and i will definitely be coming back with my dog. The host offered to switch on the hot tub even though its outdoor in the winter. Everything we needed info or anything we could message the hosts personal number and they got back to us In minutes. Great place better host I highly recommend booking this property.

Fabulous place to stay with fantastic hosts! Lizi was so generous and left us warm fresh bread, eggs, butter, milk, cupcakes and two treats for our four legged friend on arrival. Lovely peaceful location and would highly recommend a stay!

We had a short stay, just overnight as seeing relative nearby. Lizi was very welcoming and communication before was great and very friendly. The Lookout is really spacious, with a huge and very comfortable bed. The views in the morning across the fields to Honiton are fabulous. Sadly, we weren’t there long enough and the weather not warm enough to try the pool or use the garden but they looked lovely. The welcome muffins, eggs and bread were a really nice touch too.

Lizi went the extra mile and we were greeted with fresh bread, cakes, eggs & milk. The location was quiet & relaxing with lots to explore in the surrounding area for our dog Ted. All in all a great place to stay, a real home from home.

Location is Fantastic with views of sprawling fields and countryside, Honington town centre is a short walk away. Lizzi is a great host, who is helpful and caring and just a lovely person who is always busy - "Busy Lizzi" The swimming pool is great and the water warm, total relaxation in this beautiful house.

Location is absolutely phenomenal and good communication with host before/during and after. The site itself is brilliant and exactly what we hoped for; in the countryside, secluded/private but literally only five minutes from Hoiton which has everything you need. Heated swimming is a very good size and consistently warm; it was this which made us book initially. We weren't disappointed. The annex is very roomy and much like a little flat maybe; has absolutely everything you need in terms of kitchen, lounge and bedroom. The hosts were very respectful, let you get on with your stay however on hand if ever needed. Lizi's communication is superb and made you feel very welcome and at ease. Lizi also provided fresh eggs and warm bread on arrival which is a nice touch indeed. Will book again, we loved it and got lucky with two days of warm sunshine. Is very close to coastal resorts too which is nice.

Ideally situated for travelling to different towns/attractions. Surrounded by open fields. The lookout is beautiful.. tastefully furnished, I could of stayed there forever. Host Lizi was amazing, so accommodating, lovely lady. We were greeted with eggs/milk/home made bread/butter/cupcakes and treats for our dog Anya! We will return.

property was chilly when we arrived at around 4.30 pm end September and problems with heating not working: hob in kitchen is induction but nothing to explain this in the info book, neither of which were helpful when only staying for two nights as a fair amount of time was needed to resolve these issues

The owner watched us in hot tub late at night and walked into our room whilst we were sleeping she then moaned that we didn’t make the bed when we left but I thought it would be getting washed so didn’t if you are looking for privacy this is a no no

There was no frying pan available in the kitchen but I am sure one would have been provided if we had asked. There were no robes for use by the hot tub although the information book stated there were. These may have been provided if we had asked for them. It was a shame you were only allowed 15 minutes in the hot tub as per instructions Access to the farm was via a drive which passed directly in front of the ground floor bedroom french windows so we observed the postal van, horse riders and car drivers while we were still in bed looking at the sun rise over the fields. The shower floor needed a better clean to remove dirt /stains that had collected in the circular patterns.

The location was excellent with views across open countryside The rooms were spacious and decorated to a very good standard The bathroom had a large walk in shower with a powerful water supply The bed was large and very comfortable with views out over open countryside The carpets looked new and fresh with no marks on them The hot tub was a fantastic bonus with great views of the countryside from it The fresh bread, eggs, butter and milk on arrival were a lovely touch

Didn’t feel very private as the hosts are living in the house. The property has been divided into 2 and whilst inside we felt great. The swimming pool is shared with the family and has to be booked.

The host was very accessible with communication. Showed us around the property and had lovely treats for us on arrival -home made bread, eggs, milk, butter, cupcakes and treats for our dog 😊 The bed was very comfy and big. Lovely views from the bedroom and sitting room. Kitchen and bathroom very spacious and well stocked. The pool was a hit with my children and host was very accommodating with booking the pool. Really appreciate it as all my girls wanted was to enjoy the pool. Beautiful location and good amenities nearby.

We loved everything!

The whole place was spotless, we had everything we could of needed and we felt really comfortable and at home. The bed was huge and we both slept brilliantly. We also loved the hot tub, it was completely private and had the most amazing views! Lizi was amazing, very kind and attentive. The cupcakes and fresh bread on arrival were delicious and such a lovely touch!
