A comfortable, spacious and characterful property in an ideal, central location in Helensburgh, with free parking just a short walk away. Loved the open views across the Firth of Clyde!

The curtains in both bedrooms were very thin/light coloured and so the rooms were light throughout the night, in particular the room at the front of the property due to streetlights. It wasn't a massive issue for us but may be for light sleepers. The curtains in the living room were dark so the same in the rooms would be great.

Friendly and helpful host. Great facilities including being provided with a high chair and cot on request. Spacious enough rooms for a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 baby and 1 toddler). Close to nice restaurants.

The apartment was located over two fish and chip shops and was adjacent to two busy bars. The aroma of cooking oil/fat was oppressive and the attendees at the bars noisy and drunk. I do not like induction cooking being used to gas: others might find it convenient but I do not.

The location and the view: the apartment is well-named as the view over the Firth of Clyde was outstanding: but, and not the apartment's fault, the view was visible about half the time! Constant rain and mist obscured it. The location on the front at Helensburgh allowed us access to Loch Lomond, and a visit to our estate, all one square foot of it, at Dunans Castle. It was also close to Helensburgh Rail Station so we rode into Glasgow very cheaply and conveniently. Free parking at the local leisure centre also helped.

I was a bit put off by the front entrance next to a fish and chip shop, but once you got up the stairs it was fine. We were there for the weekend and it was a little noisy but not too bad.

Right in the centre of Helensburgh. Very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely looking out at the sea, and being able to buy food and sit on the front just at our door step. Great having a washing machine and a nice bath. Lots of bits and pieces of condiments etc for us to use.

The floor in the bathroom can be quite slippy when getting out of the shower/using the bath mat on the floor.

The flat was absolutely lovely and very comfortable. The location is ideal.

Well appointed location looking over the clyde...Great amenities spacious bedrooms and living kitchen area...near both bus and railway stations...plenty of eateries around tesco round the corner there a greggs and subway near too...just two of us but ideal for a family of 4 only took a video of the rooms so all pics are of views from window

The wifi was very slow, we had to turn it off and use phone data in the end. The dvd player also didnt work. The main bed was quite small, my husband is 6 foot and his feet hung over the bottom.

The flat is located on the seafront, it is in the centre of town and walking distance to everything locally. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the property and we really enjoy it. The host is very helpful and friendly and met us with the keys. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
