Very friendly staff, so helpful and welcoming. It’s a great location (roughly 8-9 minutes drive to Cheltenham centre, with a bus stop right next to the London Inn, if you don’t fancy driving).. It was a very nice, well presented room with a comfortable bed, we slept soundly. The breakfast the next day was lovely. Good value for money. We will stay again.

after a long trip on the motorcycle i got a good room, clean and functional. the pub was well frequented, but you couldn't hear that in the room. The choice of food was good and my dinner was very good. I was given a few tips on what to see in the Cotswolds the next day (postcard town of Bourton on the Water / Stow on the Wold). The staff and the owner were very friendly and communicative.

The room was very warm, no spoon for tea/coffee, I only go pillow cases after 3+ hours by making a point in the bar, which I should not have had to do. Breakfast was good but it wasn’t served as quickly as it had been and there was no access until after the designated time, not brilliant.

I have stayed there quite a few times & it suits my purpose.

My room was above the entrance to the pub and it was very noisy until after midnight. Lots of noise throughout the night from the main road. I would definitely recommend some ear plugs.

Good location to town. Lots of parking available on the roads. Good cooked breakfast in the morning.

Great place for an overnight stay whilst walking the Cotswold Way. Buses run from the Cotswold Way to the pub. Good breakfast to set you up for the day. Our room was to the side so it was quiet through the night. There was a fan to cool the room and toiletries so we didn't need to carry them. Good choice of evening meals and reasonable prices. Nice staff.

Had two beds in my room which was lucky - one mattress was like a Hypnos, the other like your grandmothers’ spare! Needless to say I chose the former. Soundproofing between rooms wasn’t the best - could hear neighbours’ snoring. Hotel forgot to give me bath towels - I did fine with the hand towel but wouldn’t have been fun had I tried to wash my hair at night.

Friendly and professional staff, clean room, cooked breakfast was hot and lovely - worth getting up for! They were generous with a late check out, and key for late-night access made things simple.

Only slight negative is parking however its standard for location.

We stayed in a family 3 bed room with ensuite on the front of the property and a double room at the back. The beds were really comfortable, for someone who suffers with back issues I dread nights away as it can really set my problems off, however these beds and mattresses were superb, we all had a great night sleep and no stiffness in the morning. Very quiet room, we thought it might be a tad noisy, but it wasn't at all. It's great value for money, friendly helpful staff, lovely fresh breakfast, can't go wrong for the price we paid. No Parking apart from street parking which during peek times could be tricky but when we visited it was fine.

Lovely little inn, staff always friendly and helpful. I had a lovely room, everything was clean and bathroom freshly painted. Also had a window in my bathroom, I was very happy. Shower was powerful. Beds comfy. Breakfast was delicious.

The bathrooms could do with a bit of love to modernise them a little.

The staff were so friendly and the gentleman that was running the pub that day was kind to let us all have a cooked breakfast even though it was past that time and almost lunchtime. It was tasty and much needed after a family party!
