Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is perfect with lovely views across the loch. Nice freshly cooked breakfast. Staff were really friendly and very helpful.

Germanyit really is run down. it needs some renovation. there was no coffee at breakfast on both days. despite pointing this out on both days no new coffee arrived within 30m. this is out of touch with reality. breakfast was good but they seemed short staffed at times.

Netherlandsthe room (although not specifically booked) we got a ground floor room suitable for disabled people, the bathroom was practical but unpleasant, the toilet was leaking, which we informed staff about, the problem was not solved and we also did not get any feedback on it. The staff was not really providing any service, were talking with each other a lot and also openly about guests they did not like. With some updates to the rooms and friendly staff, this would be a perfect hotel, but now it just was a not so nice experience.
The rum experience we booked separately and the location of the hotel with the beautiful view on the lake.

GermanyWe booked two double rooms "budget" . They weren't budget, they were unworthy of being offered as Hotel rooms. Small, badly maintained, one with hardly working hot water, very small windows in what I would call a former barn. The prices did not reflect this situation at all. Sorry.
