The Lobster pot was very comfortable and clean. Well furnished and tastefully decorated. A well equipped kitchen that allowed us to eat in on a couple of nights. It was warm! Great location in a quiet spot just over the bridge from the town

I honestly can't think of anything to complain about or could be improved. If you really need to nitpick, tv reception was a bit iffy.

Lovely little touches like Prosecco and chocs as a welcome gift. Milk and water in the fridge. Really well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and cafetiere. Even had a teabag squeezer!😁. Nicely decorated, very comfortable. Close to supermarket and takeaways. The host was very accommodating with our travel arrangements. We travelled by train and there is a bus stop 5 mins walk and a good service.

As a first time user of booking . com I lost my messages about the door lock box but that was easily solved with a phone call.

Self catering, no breakfast. Quite central for Berwick upon Tweed,local supermarket, easy access to roads out of town ie A1. Accomodation clean,comfortable with plenty of amenities

Historic old town, easy access from the holiday cottage; beautiful beaches around Berwick, fantastic wildlife and coastal walks, friendly locals. Lovely cottage, very clean and comfortable. Thank you for the delicious treats!

There was no faults for us. The bedding clean, bathroom clean, kitchen clean. Only fault was I didn't book it for a few mire days 😁

Everything. The flat is perfect. Everything you need and more for your stay. The place is spotlessly clean. Very welcoming atmosphere when you come in. Easy to get in. Great communication from host. It is a short walk to town and beach, Asda 5 mins up road. Parking outside door. Lovely shared garden, but feels like it's your own area. Quite honestly, I could live there. Would highly recommend The Lobsterpot

WiFi worked very well in the bedroom, in the living room it could have been better…

It was like a home away from home, everything very clean, very quiet area, but very well connected by public transport for going to (for example) Lindisfarne. The supermarket is right around the corner. The communication was perfect and Nicola is the perfect host! Thanks a lot and I guess I‘m coming back… ;)

It was convenient for walking into Berwick and an excellent base for visiting the surrounding area. It was comfortable, clean and well supplied. The Prosecco, chocolates and milk were very welcome and shows the welcoming nature of the owners and their thoughtfulness.

The location was great as we wanted to go to a speedway meeting and we were able to walk to it. Chinese and Fish and chips great and not to far away.

This was my apartment 40 plus years ago when it was first converted. Everything was as expected, bed super comfy, Proseco and chocolates waiting for us, even a pint of milk in the fridge.

the setee was very uncomfortable. the front door was difficult to unlock going out, we didnt want to sit in the garden,but alot of washing hangingout that would put alot of people off

Good location,no problems with parking and an easy walk to town. This is perfect for two,but there is a bed settee which our daughter used for one night which she said was ok for a temporary stay,and, of course once it’s up all floor space is used up. It’s a very warm and well equipped flat in a very central position,and the bonus of a river view and walk on your doorstep
