Lovely little flat in a perfect location for walking into town. Close to the town centre and the beautiful Cromer pier. Short walk to the railway station and Morrisons. The flat was lovely and clean and very well equipped. Perfect 👌 Hosts Paul and Debs are very friendly and on hand if needed. We'll put together information booklet for eating, drinking and days out.

Everything needed is supplied. Lovely comfy little flat in the perfect location for easy access to all of Cromer. The hosts are happy for you to contact them to answer questions etc Lovely and clean with lots of nice touches.

It's a small flat, but that was fine, and as expected. It's close to the centre of Cromer, modern, clean and with good facilities. Ideal for a brief stay. We particularly liked the bed and the shower. The owners were helpful and responsive. We were in Cromer for a specific event, and we don't expect to be there very often, but would happily stay at the same flat if the opportunity arose.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about the place. I hope it's available if I decide to come back for next year's race.

Good communication. Great location. Nice little extra touches like milk and wine in the fridge. I used it as a base for running the marathon and exploring the area, and it was perfect. Even got an unrequested late check out which was a bonus.

Location, flat was fully equip for our needs , very comfortable bed and furiture, the poster framed map on the wall fab idea as some guests travelling from afar would appreciate what Norfolk coast has to offer . It's very beautiful We have booked again .

Nothing really

The property was ideally situated for the centre of Cromer (a short walk), the beach and the pier. Parking in the road is a bit hit and miss but there is a car park that can be seen from the flat windows. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a DVD player with a small selection of DVDs. It is a small flat but with everything necessary for several nights stay. The owners had very kindly left us some milk, chocolate snacks and a lovely bottle of white wine. All came in very handy

The weather on Saturday morning!

Location was superb, 3 minutes to seafront, 3 minutes to shops. Very well equipped flat. Great communication from the owners who were at the end of the phone if we ever needed them for anything. We didn't need to call them because of the info they had sent prior to our stay, and the very interesting binder in flat.

The front door was a bit sticky but we were warned in advance of this and it didn't prove to be too much of a problem. Might have missed it but we were given the floor and name of the flat, but on the floor there are two flats and we didn't know which one it was! (It is flat 2).

Little Flat on the Corner is in the perfect location. A very short walk into town (3 mins) but very quiet. The flat is well equipped and clean. The hosts are amazing.

Street parking near the flat was limited, but this was highlighted in the pre information, consequently not a suprise. There is a car park near by. It wasn't an issue but a small microwave could be a bonus

Pre information was good and accurate. Communication about keys and timings were great...... and flexible. Perfectly situated for shops, beach and pier. Cromer Crab in season Excellent information about places of interest Well equipped and comfortable. The bay window provides great viewing of people's comings and goings which, at times, was very entertaining.

Excellent value for money and the owners are lovely making sure everything is to your satisfaction and that you are having a good time. Even left wine and chocolate biscuits for us. Cant complain about anything as such as we loved our stay and everything about the flat, the only thing I could say was the door into the flat was really stiff and at times hard to open, but we were pre warned about it by the owners, so nothing overly bad.

The property was a good size for the two of us, it had all the utensils and equipment for us to be able to cook meals and clean up. The owners were lovely to us, made us feel welcome, and helped with all enquiries. Couldn’t ask for better owners. The bed was really comfy, the sofa was good. There was a guide book, that helped us decide on things of what to do when we were there. Really appreciated the place. Very clean, very comfortable, good for money, and overall lovely place
