The wifi tended to drop out in the far side of the bedroom, this was not a major issue, everything else was absolutely amazing.

Our host Anne send excellent directions before our arrival and stayed in touch throughout our stay to answer any queries. She left a hamper of goodies in the apartment which was much appreciated. Parking on site was much appreciated. Having Netflix was a bonus.

The 0930 checkout time on the Sunday. I felt that this was harsh considering we had spent over £300 pounds for a two night stay. I would have preferred an 11 am to midday checkout

My friend and I are not sure where to park. It would be better if there is a picture indicating where to park. overall,I like this apartment. I will recommend it to my friends.

1.The environmental hygiene of the apartment is excellent. 2.The hotel owner sent snacks and wine, and I had a very happy evening with my friends. 3.The hotel owner replied to the message in a very timely manner.

Feedback is always personal and intended to be constructive. Didn't appreciate fact neighbouring property had some noisy building work going on. Future guests need to appreciate it is quite a walk and a steep one at that back from St Ives Centre to the apartment. Even the fittest would need to catch their breath!

Cannot fault Owners, Anne and Mike. Property delightful and with numerous welcoming touches - on arrival food in fridge; teas, coffees, scones and biscuits in plentiful supply; sanitiser (post covid); Guest Information pack; fresh flowers etc. So penthouse a massive 'thumbs up.

Although not a problem for us the walk into St. Ives was more like a twenty minute walk then ten. Longer coming back up the hill! Saying that it was nice to be slightly out of town.

No outdoor space and parking is a bit tight - wouldn’t be able to park a big car in the allotted space.

Convenient position for easily visiting St Ives and the surrounding area. Modern, clean and well equipped. Nice touches like the furnishings and Cornish produce hamper.

The scent in the room was too strong. we searched a bit to turn all of them off. It was also a but confusion for the parking.

If we were being really picky the internet wasn’t great and the signal frequently dropped out.

The Lighthouse Penthouse met all our needs for a short break away. The accommodation was fabulous- exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished. Super comfy bed. Wonderful sea views. We loved the welcome pack, toiletries and plenty of towels. A great property. Would certainly return.

It's a tough uphill 1 mile walk back from St Ives. Actually we quite enjoyed it but not everyone will ( and taxis buses etc will help!) For a one week self-catering stay the kitchen equipment is a little lightweight. Not bad, just missing a few things.

The welcome. The assistance. The view. The equipment. The comfort. The decor. The lovely bedding. It all really feels very well thought out. Recommended!
