The property was so clean and a home away from home. Perfect and quiet location but close to the beach and all the town has to offer. The owners were lovely, they checked up on us and really cared about our experience. We had the details of everything we could need to visit the area and they took care of the property and us as guests which is rare to feel when it’s self accommodation! Couldn’t recommend enough!!!

Fancy Coffee machine but not complimentary pods/ capsules which was a shame. The cafetière was also broken and didn’t plunge. No toilet brush

The decor of this spacious apartment is amazing and it is spotlessly clean. Every little detail is well thought out. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. The board games were a nice unexpected touch - we used them on a rainy evening. Communication with the host was great - timely and prompt. Parking space included.

There was lots to like. The only thing that might be an issue for some people is the location. It’s a 25 minute walk downhill into town and a 35 minute walk entirely uphill to get back. We didn’t mind the stroll, but others might have to organise a taxi or take the bus (accommodation provided plenty of info on this)

It was spacious, cosy and quiet. The living and kitchen facilities were generous and had it not been raining we would have loved the backyard as well.

Totally blown away with the standard of the property. Very comfortable and spacious penthouse apartment, which had everything we could think of. Anne, was very helpful and contactable should we if needed her. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Beautifully appointed apartment. Very comfortable bed and a great dining/lounge area. The host was lovely to deal with and very helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

Nothing, the appartment and location was lovely. The landlady was very informative and on hand should we have had any issues. Everything about the appartment was superb, clean comfortable and plenty of info about what to do and where to go

The appartment was superb, little trek into St Ives but an easy walk. Plenty of bars and restaraunts and no issues getting a taxi back Fantastic, comfortable and relaxing week!! Thank you Anne we will definitely be returning

I think the wifi could have been better. The network kept dropping for me. Not sure if it is only for that specific evening.

Among all the places we stayed at cornwall, this was the best. mainly due to the studio itself is fantastically decorated.
