There was no milk or any sort of welcome pack. As there was with the previous owner. There should be a booklet giving to pass word for internet and more in structions on how to use white goods including TV which could not receive terrestrial tv just streaming stuff.

The Lemon Grove was a perfect place to spend the night after a long day's walking. All mod cons, super comfy bed, and beautifully clean, tidy and sweet-smelling! Would absolutely recommend to others and will certainly look to use again.

Experienced some noise from downstairs. Heating not on when we arrived so really quite cold for about 45 mins. Absolutely understand the need to not be wasteful but just enough to take the edge off would have been nice. Once kicked then perfectly warm

This place is even better than the pictures. Check in and communication were great. Inside was spotless and the furniture, appliances and decor were fantastic. It was spacious but cosy and it felt like home! The Lemon Grove has wonderful views and is in a peaceful place. We have already booked to come back, we booked it on our drive home! Thank you Michelle and husband- see you next month!

Nothing. It was perfect.

Property is fabulous. Decorated in a modern style. Very good amenities and a very comfortable stay. The property is close to walk into the centre of Leyburn but tucked away so that it is a quiet location.

Liked to have garden to sit in Struggled to get anything on the TV we love tennis Wimbledon like to have watched some over the weekend after our walks be nice to have radio no instructions for TV no welcome pack but luckily we know Leyburn

Bedroom was very warm and windows very hard to keep open, also an instruction for the TV channels would have been useful but not really negatives hosts cant control weather for example. One negative was thought that the sloped bedroom ceiling resulted in me bumping my head on more that one occasion though this may be more my clumsiness than a true downside.

The location was perfect for our needs, and the rooms immaculate. Facilities very good and bedroom and bathroom very clean and well presented. whilst we did not see the hosts good information was sent prior to arrival and Milk left in fridge for our usage. WIFI worked very well.

Very minor, but larger sofa would be a bonus to improve comfort… like to be able to lounge. Perhaps an aerial photo to show how to access the property from the square.
