Very conveniently located. The apartment was very comfy. Love the small dishwasher. The washer/dryer was quite handy. Thanks for the dishwasher tabs and detergent pods. York is a great walking town. Everything is a 20 minute walk. We had wonderful meals, saw the sights and ate our way through York.

Although I knew the suite didn’t have windows, but had sky lights it was still VeryVery dark and there was a bit of a stale smell around suite too. Probably why there was so many air fresheners in the apartment.

Great location and good that there was an NCP carpark reduction which helped with the carparking cost. Secure and safe access with two security gates. Apartment was clean and to a high standard

Directions to the apartments was a bit vague.

Not enough towels and could have used another blanket. Only had one blanket big enough for one person in a king bed.

A few problems: washing machine instructions were inadequate. After 2 1/2 hours cycle finally stopped. Even though cold water, low spin, synthetic selected, clothes were mauled. #2: directions for stove burners did not correspond to stove model. Receptionist came to unit and spent over half an hour trying to get burner to work. Despite calling maintenance person, the manufacturer, a you tube video, she couldn’t get burners to work which limited our menu options #3: Impossible to reach reception after 4 when coffee shop closed if you are staying in flats on Tanner Row and don’t have access to rear entrance. Come on guys, you have a great property. Why has no one fixed these problems??

We couldn't find the teaspoons, maybe our mistake but it's only a small fault.

The facilities were immaculate, it was clean and the bed was so comfy, especially the pillows.

Liked everything apart from the noise from Some neighbours which I know you can’t really manage. Had them slamming doors at 2:30 in the morning. Stomping around for about an hour.

We liked the space, it was very spacious. The living room and the lighting was perfect for the perfect night in. The shower was perfect and the bedroom was bang on.

The cleaning it wasn’t filthy however slightly dirty I think it’s possibly just down to purely not having time to possibly get round to do everything

Central York location. Easy walk within everything. Car park (NCP tanner row) was just down the road. Access to the property was very easy. Facilities within the apartment were impressive. The apartment was clean and modern. Very comfortable stay and would visit again in a heartbeat!

Could do with a few more actual kitchen bits for cooking but still manageable with what we had 😊

Really lovely apartments - we stayed across two and both really spacious and super clean. Staff very understanding when we got overexcited making fudge and set the fire alarm off, apologies! 😂😭
