There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel or our stay there.

This hotel was beautiful, the location was fantastic, close to train station and bus routes and right across the green and walking distance to The tower bridge and restaurants/pubs. The hotel was exceptionally clean, it had a smart toilet/heated toilet seats 😲 and Posterior/Feminine Wash facility. Shower was great too, powerful and hot. The room was a great size, lots of wardrobe space, tea coffee making facility's and a choice, with topped up mini fridge and dressing gowns and nessecitys in bathroom drawer. Staff were lovely, welcoming, polite and helpful.

I couldn’t find fault with our stay.

The hotel was just exquisite, a true boutique and a simply beautiful place to stay. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable and provided everything you would need when visiting London. The standard of the hotel and accommodation fully justified the cost of staying there. A truly indulgent and relaxing experience. For a hotel in a busy location, it was also very quiet providing an undisturbed sleep.

Our room had very high windows so you couldn’t see out. It was also very noisy - I think the windows are old and thin so a lot of noise from outside. I didn’t realise until I went to shower that we didn’t have towels so had to phone and wait for those. They did then bring them up. The bathroom was very small given size of room and the shower leaked all over the floor every time you open the shower door.

Great location and spacious room. Nice touches like free drinks and snacks. Table and desk. Good price for where it was. Communal spaces felt luxurious and staff were attentive.

The curtains were a bit annoying (no net so we could just open the curtains at least, so voided natural light. Got a bit noisy at night but once I’m tired, I sleep like a log so didn’t bother me all that much.

Super quirky, amazing bed head board, comfortable bed, cool bathroom with HEATED SEAT and bidet!!!!FANTASTIC 5 star staff, will definitely stay here again!

A beautiful building which has been expertly renovated into a stylish hotel. The staff were very welcoming and our room was beautifully appointed. We were served an excellent meal from a varied, and different, breakfast menu.

I couldn’t make the room cooler than 19 degrees, so I found the night a bit too hot.

It wasn't luxurious at all, despite the fact that it said it was designated as a small luxury hotel.

I liked the high ceilings and the idea of a converted school. The restaurant was impressive looking, although we didn't eat there.

The greeting we received upon arrival. Firstly we were ignore while the women on the desk continued to banter on the phone with a friend then when she acknowledged us she assumed we’d walked in the check the place out at least that’s what she told us when she had to do some back pedalling, the inference being that we weren’t the type to be checking in there, we were on the last leg of our 5 week trip around the UK, excuse us if we looked a tat disheveled.

Perfect location, lovely staff. Room was clean, bed was super comfy and the pillows and duvet were like sleeping in the clouds. The hotel had a gorgeous looking restaurant and a nice bar. Bathroom was spacious and had the Japanese style automatic toilet which was a nice surprise! Room had a kettle, coffee maker, complimentary drinks and snacks.
