There was 6 of us in the property. But wasn’t enough bedding. Only enough bedding for 5 also 1 if the pull out beds was broken in the middle. So one of us had to sleep on the floor with no bedding

The building seemed empty and smelled of garbage in the ground floor. The sink in the shower had a strong smell of blocked sewage. Other than this, the apartment was very nice.

The room was spacious, and equipped with a washer, a kitchen and toilettries. The apartment was very private and it's convenient to have a big space especially when you're sharing with your colleague. The location was perfect with M&S right around the corner and various shops.

Above a bar that has a loud DJ on a Saturday night until midnight. However, said bar does do great coffee during the day

Need to put film over kitchen window and 2nd bedroom to block view into alley. It is very messy. Appt 19. That is a minor minor niggle.

Great size of appartment right in the heart of swansea. Lounge, kitchen, dinner perfect and full of the kit you need inc. Smart tv. Two good sized bedrooms. Operator very reactive to our minor questions on Friday and Saturday.

The property had a funny smell like old cigarettes. Think it could do with a really good deep clean. A few marks on the sheets when I stripped the beds and found someone else’s hair.

The sauce pans could be changed as they were a bit rusty but it did not ruin our stay and the fact that the company holds a £200.00 damage deposit prior to your stay and do not release it until a few days after your stay.

It was plenty of room, clean, comfortable, and great facilities right in the centre of the city.

The apartment had a nice big living room with nice kitchen , it was equipped with all what was required for a short stay , location perfect middle of shopping centre , recommended and will stay again when I visit swansea again mid of the year ...

When we've arrived the windows were opened and the living room took a while to warm up. There weren't two bathrooms as we've expected. There was 1 shower cabin, and 1 bath but in the same bathroom. There was only 1 toliet paper in the entire flat, which was unexpected. I was in the room facing the back street, (an alley with loads of bins) it got pretty noisy around 5 AM as the rubbish was getting collected, so no sleep for me after 5 which was disappointing because I then couldn't enjoy the rest of the day as I was too tired

Documentation could have been better with the number of the apartment included in the arrival information, there are 19 apartments in the building. A hard copy of the get you in guide to be available only information is electronic that requires access to a website that couldn’t be downloaded,

One 2 seater settee for 4 people. No close up mirrors for make up and shaving En suite had 1 hand towel for 2 people. Each person needs their own towels. No shelves in showers for toiletries except behind bath in main bathroom. Toothbrush holder etc in ensuite so light when you took toothpaste out it knocks all of the pots off the wash basin. Again needs shelving inside showers and out No instructions for coffee machine Broken lamp bulb and lamp in lounge not working on arrival but this was addressed on the 2nd day This review is to highlight what would make it a better stay. It wouldn't put me off using again I wouldn't class it as luxurious but would class it as very nice

There was a hole in the wall (looked like it had been punched) which worried my son. There was no chain across the door. A bit of extra internal security would’ve been reassuring as the building is quite busy. There was what looked like vomit splatter remnants up the bathroom wall to the right of the toilet. I personally felt it was a little over priced for what it was but for a last minute stay, it was fine.

The property was spacious, clean and the hosts responded quickly to queries and were very helpful. The decor is very modern and stylish.
