Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was quite cold and heating in the room didn't work. We had no towels, had to buy our own. Room was smaller than we thought it would be and only had 1 plug socket, bathroom was extremely small.
Location was perfect where we needed to be. Town centre is a short walk distance away. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean.

Hotel near to everything everything about the hotel was good and worth the money but could not get hold of any staff when needed there was no remote in bedroom tried numerous times to get hold of staff when I eventually did they said they would sort it out but never did so went without tv for the 2 days we were their bar open but no staff about to serve don’t no how many times we rang the bell no one came .

These minor issues did not significantly affect our overall experience, but addressing them would enhance the stay for future guests.
I recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday, and it was a truly memorable experience. My husband coordinated with the hotel staff to decorate our room, and they did an amazing job. The decorations were beautiful and added a special touch to our celebration. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. Additionally, the hotel was budget-friendly, offering great value for the quality of service and amenities provided. United KingdomThe room was quite cramped. We were in a room with a double bed and a single bed - there wasn't really room for the single bed. The double bed was very small, more like a 3/4 size bed. It would have made more sense to me for for the room to have no single bed which would allow for a slightly bigger double bed. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but it is modern. No tea making facilities in the room, you have to pay for tea and coffee at a vending machine in the bar. The bar does get quite noisy into the early hours and the noise carries to the rooms above, especially if you're directly above.
Very good location with reasonably priced parking nearby. The price is very reasonable. Helpful, friendly staff.
