Loved the dimming lights in the room, easy to use AC and having a fridge in the room. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

There was a spot on the wall behind the door, that looked like someone killed a rather large insect but no one cleaned it out. The curtain looks like it has seen better days. I could hear every person closing their bedroom doors, due to the noise they make, until 4am, and then at 6am. The amount of illuminated buttons around the room also didn't help having a good night's rest. There was no one at reception to do my check-out at 7:30am and the door didn't open, I had to use the door on the pub side. I was expecting a bit more from a 4* I guess

I spent one night at The King's Head Hotel. The bedroom was spacious, looked nice and it was quite warm the entire time. There are quite a few mirrors, a large bathtub, and the bed was relatively comfortable.

There is no parking at the hotel. The only parking avaiable is at the Morrisons car park after 2300 and the car has to be moved before 8am. The hotel does not offer breakfast, which is also a bit of a shame and would have made the stay more pleasant.

The room was quite small but just enough for 2 people for a short stay The room itself was very comfortable, nice bathroom and clean. Located on Acton High street close to the shops and a short walk from the Piccadilly Line. Surprisingly good for London.

They provided a broken cot bed and did not fix it even after asking; thus, I needed to sleep on the floor. The lift was not working, so I climbed two floors with heavy luggage. Broken nobs /non soundproof windows, thus too noisy to sleep easily as the hotel was on the main street

We were on the 3rd floor and the lift was broken, not a great start. We also booked a room above a pub so that we could eat there on our first night but when we arrived we found it wasn’t doing food, they said the bar was open but there was no one in there the whole 2 days we were there, rather disappointing.

There was no breakfast to comment upon (that we were made aware of) room was nice, room and bathroom were both clean. Bed was comfortable, no issues with the room itself.

There was quite a bit of road noise, but it didn't wake me up (just made it a bit more difficult to get to sleep). They do charge a refundable deposit. The bed was quite firm.

It was very convenient to the bus stop and to Morrisons. The room had a mini-fridge which was a nice surprise. The room appeared to have been recently upgraded with new lighting and light switches as well as the bath/shower controls.

The air con was on all the night and could not be switched off

the bathroom had very good shower system; liked the location which is close to the tube and easy to get to London. In addition, there are a few shops and restaurants nearby the hotel.

The street traffic is quite loud at times which did not really bother me but might others.

Property is in a good location and really accessible to lots of London. Really spacious and comfortable room! A quick walk from the tube station and lots of places to eat around the area.

Overall good. Looks like a renovated hotel. The cleanliness can be much better. Towels and sheets were unfortunately with traces of use.

The bathroom wasn't the best. The ceiling looked like it had mould. I think it doesn't ventilate properly. In general the place felt as if it could use some upkeep. Bar is weird, I think the hotel would benefit greatly from converting the bar to a restaurant where guests can have breakfast. They play very loud music during the day so you can't work there.

Room was lovely and warm which was very nice in the middle of winter. Beds were comfortable.

No breakfast or any dining available Breakfast had to be at Morrisons nearby. In the bedroom, the secondary glazing had fallen off a window and was resting against a curtain. Being kept from falling by the curtain I asked member of staff to fix it. He put it back but both were still loose. Maintenance not available until Monday
