We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We love this location in Redmire I have been poorly recently and feel the need for some self care and tranquility. The Jonas centre offers this within its beautiful surroundings . Excellent location, very high standard of accommodation, great value, and peaceful and tranquil surroundings. For what is provided this really does represent five star service. I would like to make one apology, and that is we didn't strip the beds as requested. The reason being that I failed to read the email on my computer until we arrived home as I couldn't connect at the centre.

United KingdomAbsolutely stunning cabin!! so clean!! For a self catering cabin it literally had everything you needed! And more.. I Can't fault this place what so ever! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Very attentive. Baby cot supplied and up ready for our arrival.. This was a bonus after travelling for a few hours and arriving late. There was plenty to do but it had snowed when we were there. It made our experience even more magical as we were going to the polar express train. Highly recommend jonas centre. We can't wait to go back. Thank you for a perfect stay!!

United KingdomThere was no shower that I could get to work, mixer tap thing, so it was a bit of a flannel wash in a few inches of water. OK for a short stay. Users of lower cabins should be aware of the meeting room down there. It gets a bit noisy for a while when things break up.
Great location, very friendly staff and other guests. Dog walking field was very useful. Recycling facilities.
