The fan was not working in the bedroom, so was too hot and did not sleep so well.

Lovely room with needed facilities and more. Will definitely come back.

Really special place which you can see has clearly been created with an artist's eye. The attention to detail is amazing and we had a really special stay that luckily coincided with good weather which meant we made extensive use of the outdoor courtyard and roof terrace. We ended up spending less time on outdoor activities and more time at the Jazz Quarters over our two day than we originally planned because we just wanted to indulge ourselves in soaking up the atmosphere of location. Love that the place has this previous rich history of being a jazz and comedy club, and the sound proofing and almost windowless (only two roof portholes) interior giving the feeling of being hermetically sealed from the outside in a cosy cocoon you don't want to leave.

There was nothing not to like - really unique place, super clean and unusual - really cool

There were lots of options there for breakfast - milk, orange juice, tea, coffee, bread, cereals, jams, butter - so much more than anticipated and fresh fruit!

No mugs for hot drinks. Had to go out and by my own. Half eaten tub of butter in fridge / bread just about in date breakfast Option needs to be reviewed as can’t tell how long food had been there. However welcomed the tinned drinks Could do with rugs at side of bed instead of stepping onto concrete floor . None of the above spoilt the experience, Just managed to use the hammock which was wonderful addition.

We really loved how the apartment had been themed, and having our own bar area was the icing on the cake. Location is great for south pier and only a short walk into the bars and restaurants in Southsea.

Weirdly, i couldnt work out how to turn the shower light off, but it wasnt a big deal

The food that was given was good and the facilities were clean and tidy. The bathroom, as stated by the owner was state of the art and very nice!

On road parking. My booking.com search was for properties with parking. The host was very accommodating and provided a solution which was greatly appreciated.

The property was a unique experience and as I travel a lot with work it is nice to stay somewhere a little different.

Breakfast a bit of a let down, we didn't know what to expect. I didn't realise there are no cooking facilities (not even a microwave). I probably didn't read what the facilities were properly before i booked. It didn't spoil our stay though.

It was definitely a hidden gem. Very quirky, something of interest to look at in every corner. I couldn't get over the bar/kitchen area. Amazing! Bed was very comfortable and the place was immaculate. James was good at communicating with us.

There are no windows and parking in the street is a lottery. Neither bothered us but may be an issue for others.

We loved this property which was quirky, well designed and very clean. The bed was super comfy. We knew there were no cooking facilities but there was a toaster and the fridge was fully stocked with fresh fruit, juice, milk butter, bread, cereals etc. which was a nice touch.

The place was amazing.

The property is a stones throw from the beach which is what we wanted. It was very big, very chic and an amazing little place to get away. Very roomy. The roof terrace is a lovely little spot especially with the hammock. The owners were very attentive and answered any questions quickly. The bed is probably the comfiest I have ever stayed in. The little touches are lovely. I would highly recommend! Was very impressed with the place

A fabulous alternative to the usual drab and boring hotel rooms. This place is even better than it looks in the photos, has everything you need and more and is a perfect retreat after a busy day. It has so much character but is extremely well thought out and comfortable. Great roof terrace to enjoy your morning coffee.

What a delight of a place. Booked as a surprise for my wife and she loved it. Quirky and fun with some quality touches (I have bathroom mirror envy now). Only a short walk to the front and shops/restaurants. Will no doubt return and stay a bit longer next time.

It really is a hidden gem, makes you feel like you’re not even in England. This place is designed to detail and so beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable. All appliances are working had no issues at all with our stay. Host was also very accommodating to all our needs. Also very close to the beach so the location is great.
