Room was very small but spotlessly clean with modern facilities.

Location was great, short walk to two main rail and underground stations. Hotel modern and spotless. Good value for money in central London. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I found our room a little bit too small. We only stayed a couple of nights so didn’t have too much clothes / bags. If you have like a weeks worth of clothes large luggage to put away, the hanging area is tiny.

Only minor things. When we were shown to our room, there was no welcome pack - it would have been handy to know that if the guest requires room service, or Do Not Disturb, there is a panel just inside the door that offers that. It can be pressed by mistake whilst looking for the light switch. Also, we were told that breakfast is daily from 0700, on the day of our departure the breakfast was not ready until nearly 0710, which is ok apart from some of the food that should have been served hot, was not.

The hotel is clean and the reception staff were friendly. They took our bags and showed us to our room. The room is compact but functional. The shower room was superb, with complementary washing soaps and toothbrushes. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Edgware tube station, which has excellent links to the city.

There was an issue with customer service where they wanted to organise maintenance to visit our room. After giving us 10 minutes notice, they came back 2 minutes later stressing the need to enter. Bit weird & was uncomfortable for my partner.

Was a really nice facility & was quite clean! Easy access to the room & the upstairs eating area.

The rooms are compact so you have to be organised and there's no bar as such, although there were plenty of people sitting around socialising in the breakfast area in the evening.

Great Location for Paddington and Marylebone Road area. Everything worked beautifully, freshly decorated and the people were lovely. And a great view from the top floors across the city.

Bathroom door really heavy! (Sounds trivial but was a bit annoying!) Not much room if there had been 2 in a room & not much room to put makeup/ toiletries etc!

The advance check in. Completed everything online, but staff did not seem to be aware that there was advance check in! Still wanted a deposit and proof of identity, got a bit frought.

The room was small but spotless and excellently appointed, fruit, different milks and teas. Great shower, comfortable bed. Staff were very attentive.

Clearing of dishes was slow. I had to ask for a spoon to eat my cereal on three consecutive days, on the third day I was offered a teaspoon! Toaster didn’t toast bread even after putting the bread through twice.

The room I was in felt too small even though I was alone. I didn't have much luggage with me, but the large suitcase made it difficult for me to move around. I had to take a giant leap over it just to get to the bathroom. Moreover, when I tried to unfold the table below the TV, I couldn't move around freely.

The building was quite modern, and I did not encounter any issues with the elevator, heating/cooling system, or toilet. In fact, I noticed some unique and advanced features in the hotel that I haven't seen before in similar level hotels. For instance, the curtains in the room can be opened and closed with a simple press of a button located next to the bed. Additionally, the curtains automatically close when you enter the room. The shower has buttons to control both the top and handheld showerheads. The mirror in the bathroom has an option to heat up, which prevents fogging. and you get full toiletries and slippers and all. The TV also can connect to your subscription or mobile phone...it is all modern.

A coffee machine that made espresso coffee would have been perfect. The air con room temperature wouldn’t go below 19 degrees and was too warm at times.

Convenient for an awards ceremony on Park Lane. Staff were excellent and helpful in supplying more water and allowing a later check out. I was leant an umbrella when I went out which was much appreciated.

The heating and air con wasn’t very good we was constantly either too hot or too cold. We didn’t sleep 1 night cos the room was just way too hot. The room is also very small with not much space to walk round. Me and my partner were having to walk over each other.

Unfortunately, we found the bed really uncomfortable - the mattress was rock hard, and my husband woke up with a really bad backache.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and attentive and the room was very quiet / we couldn't hear anyone else in the hotel. The blackout curtains were doing their job as well, very dark in the room in the morning. The dressing gown provided in the room were super cosy! The location is fairly good and within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants and central London.
