Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNothing only couple things we noticed just with bits that had been missed with the cleaning which can be easily missed toothpaste marks etc just silly bits but honestly it didn’t let the place down because it was just so beautiful it felt like a luxury weekend which is what me and my partner came for but even more so if i brought my child he would be in his element! The car park was a bit narrow when full for our pick up but can’t be helped. Maybe add a wee mini fridge too. This hotel is definitely something special and we will certainly be back when there is deal on!
Beautiful room loved when you walked in it was jazz music playing felt like posh spice entering! Our room was a suite with a tv in the longe area and the pop up one at the end of the bed which I didn’t realise was there so it was a lovely surprise! Fab shower helpful having a good area for myself and my partner to get ready to go out! Jacuzzi bath coffee maker and the most comfortable spacious bed! Beautiful decor and central location and an amazing restaurant connected on!

United KingdomThe approach of having no staff on-site and doing everything remotely and via access codes is ok but a couple of the systems were a little flaky. For instance, the main door code didn't always work, it turned out you simply had to try it several times and eventually it would work, but with no staff around to explain that you run the risk of someone thinking they are locked out when they are not. And for some very small / simple requests such as "could we have an extra towel" it ends up being comparatively a lot of hassle.
Location is very convenient, free off-street parking is extremely useful. Bed very comfortable

IrelandThis hotel does not have staff on the premises so if you want beds or towels changed, toilet rolls etc it is necessary to make phone call.
We were very happy with this accommodation, the location was brilliant, the room was large, bright, very comfortable and clean. While the restaurant is a separate business to the accommodation, it is within the building and breakfast was excellent.
