We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location what I expected because it was on a main road, didn't hear much traffic noise though. Breakfast was nice and nothing too much trouble, evening meals good too, well cooked and generous portions!

Very good breakfast, ok steak evening meal, bar and checking in staff great. Plenty TVs and football on ... not a good result though :( pool table .. no issues at all.

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay at The Inn at Woodhall Spa. A friendly welcome on our arrival, a room that exceeded our expectations, plenty of off road private parking and good quality food provided at both breakfast and Dinner. Woodhall spa was a lovely base for exploring the South Lincolnshire Wolds, an attractive town with picturesque Main Street full of independent shops which gave a pleasant feel of a friendly 1950’s England.

United KingdomMy friend and I booked single rooms and thought everything was going to be super - until we sat on the beds. You could feel the springs - making the beds very lumpy and uncomfortable. We were surprised that such a well kept and high quality hotel would have such awful mattresses. We were told that the mattresses are in the process of being replaced but in the morning we were told that all the mattresses were new in November. That couldn't be true, given the awful quality.
The rooms were spotless and well equipped in a nice environment. The pub downstairs was really warm and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. And the coffee was great! I have to give a shout out to Gabby the duty manager who dealt with the bed issue beautifully. She was calm, professional and extremely helpful. Gabby was able to find one other room with a decent enough mattress and some additional comforters to pad the other mattress.
