There was nothing I didn't like. Just needed some salt for cooking but that's the only thing I can think of which says alot!!

I have stayed in hundreds of holiday rentals around the world and what a special place this is. Walking in I instantly felt at home and relaxed! Everything is well thought out, the view and privacy surrounded by nature were amazing. Chloe was super warm and welcoming, and accommodating to any requests. I don't normally re-visit places I stay but I will be returning to The Hutch most certainly. Can't wait!

The Hutch is a lovely place to stay, there is nothing to dislike as you have everything there you could possibly need. The location is so quiet and peaceful. Chloe is a great host and providing items for breakfast was very generous. I would happily come back and stay again.

Absolutely exceptional property. The Hutch was perfect in every way. Chloe had thought of everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and we totally loved our stay there for three nights.

We couldn't get the internt to work. It connected but for some reason we couldn't use it on any or our devices.

The location is perfect for travelling in and around Exeter while being in the countryside with beautiful and tranquil views. The Hutch is comfortable and has all the ammenities you need. The bed is very comfortable and the shower was great. All in all a perfect little get away.

the quiet location, the far views, the excellent condition of the cottage. the hutch contained just everything we needed, it was super complete. Cloe was a very friendly, welcoming host with great tips in the neighborhood.

The Hutch was beautifully clean and comfortable and we were impressed by all the little extras that were included. There's a very useful binder that gives all sorts of information about the area and things to do. The Hutch is in a lovely quiet spot with beautiful views over the countryside.

Really lovely place to get away to for a few days or a whole week. Location is excellent and accomodation is absolutely top notch. Host Chloe is caring and just wants the best for her guests. This place is a hidden gem not to be missed.

This is a faultless property.

Immaculately clean and well furnished. Everything finished to the highest possible standard. A home from home if your home is luxurious, safe, secure and utterly peaceful. Superb contact throughout the booking and during the stay, and a warm welcome from the host on arrival. Attention to detail with the breakfast provided. Such a restful stay.

Delightful continental breakfast provided as part of the room rate. Really enjoyed the thoughtful touches of including fresh milk and butter. There was plenty of variety as well! The beautiful decorations were amazing, specially for Christmas. I also loved the view to the beautiful hills outside with binoculars to watch all the birds. Communication with Chloe was fantastic too.

The Hutch was a home away from home. Chloe was lovely and welcoming and left lots of little extras that made our stay even more comfortable. We had everything we could have possibly needed and the views were amazing. Our only regret was that we only booked for 2 nights.

There was nothing not to like. Chloe had thought of everything and it is obvious that she wants her guests to have the perfect time and beautiful and comfortable surroundings.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. All the reviews we had looked at reflect the accommodation completely. The accommodation was large, clean, comfortable and bright. We also loved all of the additional touches from our welcome board to the beautiful wine and nibbles and all the additional attentions to detail throughout the accommodation. We received such a warm welcome from Chloe. It is evident that hosting is her passion and she wants her guests to have the best stay. Her information book talking is so detailed and gives you so much about the local area and great places to see and explore as well as eat. My husband and I could not fault the place. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back in the not too distant future. Thanks again Chlke for making our stay so enjoyable. X
