Quite noisy from other guests. They forgot to change bedding when asked the day before. No food options. Would of liked drink machine in game room for after bar closed.

Struggled with door initially but managed OK. Not a real dislike!!!

Very good location. Street parking is available which is a big plus - but not always available. Hot shower. Plenty of tea/coffee - I didn't need. I had a comfy bed. Definately no complaints for the price I paid!!!

There was a lot of noise in the small hours of the morning and then early on too. The floor needed a really good vacuum - there were loose bits which stuck to my feet! Otherwise the cleanliness was mostly acceptable. The sink plumbing was highly suspect and at one point water erupted from the plug hole! The door to the shower was useless, when slid closed it was almost impossible to open from the inside. This could have been a problem if the warnings on the stairs regarding closing the door to avoid the steam causing false alarms had been accurate.

Price was competitive. For what I needed it was fine as I spent very little time in the room. The staff seemed friendly. The location is fine.

If you’re looking for a luxury break then this isn’t the place for you. If you only need a base and somewhere to sleep it’s perfect! Great location! Shops and pubs, including the cheapest pint in the uk, very close, beach just around the corner and central location for all train stations. 100% would recommend and will deffo use if we visit Blackpool again. A+++

Rooms was not clean properly. The room they allocated us was on the top floor which we suffer alot with little baby to go upstairs as there was lots of stairs🙄

It was very close to all amenities and the beach. The staff were very helpful and even let us check in early and the tv wouldn’t work but as soon as we told them they was on it straight away a provided us with a new one.we will defineately stay again.

there was dust everywhere,crumbs in my bed, the mugs were dirty, the bathroom had a very loud noise coming from it, could not see out of the windows, i dont know what was on them but they was very foggy!! did not sleep well as banging coming from other rooms, the beds was like sleeping on bare springs. We asked if we could move rooms due to a medical problem and struggling to walk up the stairs, but was denied. We then checked out 5:30am due to having no sleep and just wanted to go home.

the staff was nice, very easy to check in and the location was ideal as it was close to amusements.

Window didn't shut in our room so was quite cold, kettle was dirty inside so couldn't have a cup of tea and the TV was propped up on the window sill

didn’t really interact with staff other than check in room was ok apart from squeaky beds and had a over powering smell of nicotine not pleasant at all when you don’t smoke we sprayed a whole can of deodorant and went out for a cpl hours was still as bad when we come back to bed had to sleep with window wide open all night
