Not really an issue but the private parking is limited to 3 spaces. There is plenty of on street parking though.

Welcoming, friendly staff, clean, comfortable, well equipped, spacious room, excellent breakfast. Don’t expect a large chain experience but as hotel requirements go it ticks all the boxes.

The Karen restaurant is fun but omg so loud. The other issue we had not wanting to eat in there, as it’s not our thing, was the very limited menu in the pub part of the hotel with even less gluten free which for a celiac isn’t great.

Our shower head was so filled with limescale that when it was turned on, the water would come out of the sides. It was also much further from a transport link into London than we expected

Fabulously modern hotel. The air con in our room was an absolute lifesaver! The bed was clean, comfortable, and the room had a wonderfully large wardrobe.

The staff isn't present 24/7 at the reception area and our keycard had an issue, which prevented us from entering our room for about an hour. This was unfortunate at it was past midnight and we were quite tired and couldn't wait to go to sleep. We were very relieved when someone from the staff came to our aid.

The breakfast was very tasty with quite a few options to pick from, including vegan options. Juices and Coffees were excellent and included in the free breakfast. The staff was very nice and keen on giving you advice. Room had a nice view. The Karen's Diner was a funny and unique experience.

Two of the pillows had dirt on them, shower piping was hanging off the wall a simple twist of the bracket and possible a new stopper pin would sort the issue out.

Good location. Great size room and very clean. The breakfast was good and the bar area was nice, and drinks were reasonably priced. Parking was easy enough and we got a space right outside the hotel. All in all a good stay.

The others guests open and close doors all the time. too much noises, they have a bar/restaurant at the first floor and have an activity until 11:00pm approximately.

Difficult to find a problem. Only stayed one night.

Room and location, tube station 20 minute walk, easy parking on small car park and adjacent road. Bar restaurant and unusual diner. Breakfast great. Would stay again.

I had a good reception. Well looked after with everything explained clearly. I had a fun time at Karen's Diner. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is good, but service was a bit chaotic.

I'm sorry guys but your food isn't the best 😂. The burger was OK but the breakfast was not amazing. Spoons breakfast was better and they generally are quite poor. The big issue is the aircon. It's advertised as having aircon which did NOT cool the room so I was sweating out all night and it wasn't even the height of summer. As a guy who looks for that in a booking... that pretty much knocked your score down for me. Lastly they don't really have free parking. There's 3 spaces. So you likely won't get one. Don't advertise as free parking if you can't guarantee it.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a Karen's Diner on site which I didn't expect. The bar and diner are loud but that doesn't translate to the rooms which is good and I was in room 1. The location is great for where I wanted to visit and again, the staff make this place worthy of a repeat visit. They're awesome.
